Experience description:

My girlfriend and I shared a small, very small, piece of psi. mushroom. I thought we would probably not feel anything, and I'm experienced.

We lied down together, in a field, holding hands, and just looked up the beautiful full moon. I was a beautiful summer night in Vermont.

We did not speak at all, we just looked at the moon relaxed and silent. The next thing I know the moon seemed larger. I was so relaxed.  This is an old but vivid memory now, but at some point I found I was floating with my girlfriend, hand in hand, in the blackness of space, and we just tumbled, gently, and at times faced the earth, which was only about 2 feet wide (at arms length, stretched out arms) and sometimes we faced the moon. We tumbled gently for a while, but I couldn't say how long, maybe 20 min. Then at some point, very gently, I found myself just laying there again, in the field, holding my girlfriends hand, looking at the moon, wondering WHAT THE #*&$ JUST HAPPENED!?!?!

At some point I spoke and said 'I just had the weirdest vision, or dream, or something' And she said 'Me too'.

We started to talk and instantly we realized it was not a 'dream' or a 'vision'. IT HAPPENED, we experienced the exact same thing, together!

Needles to say, but it changed us.

These are the facts, as I vividly remember them, from 34 years ago. VJC

 Any associated medications or substances with the potential to affect the experience?      Yes    very, very small amount of Psilocybin

 Was the kind of experience difficult to express in words?        No     

At the time of this experience, was there an associated life threatening event?       No     

What was your level of consciousness and alertness during the experience?    very clear, relaxed, loving

            Was the experience dream like in any way? no

 Did you experience a separation of your consciousness from your body?         Yes    I think we were naked, but I know our faces and hair were unchanged. I saw her face and she was so beautiful

 What emotions did you feel during the experience?           love

 Did you hear any unusual sounds or noises?         no

 LOCATION DESCRIPTION:  Did you recognize any familiar locations or any locations from familiar religious teachings or encounter any locations inhabited by incredible or amazing creatures?           Yes    Earth and Moon, but no stars, just empty, black space

 Did you see a light?         No     

Did you meet or see any other beings?         Yes           Just ourselves

 Did you experiment while out of the body or in another, altered state?    No     

Did you observe or hear anything regarding people or events during your experience that could be verified later?        Yes    We saw each other, that's all

 Did you notice how your 5 senses were working, and if so, how were they different?  Yes    vivid sight, everything was clear and beautiful

 Did you have any sense of altered space or time?           No     

Did you have a sense of knowing, special knowledge, universal order and/or purpose?           Yes    Love and the beauty of the Earth and Moon, and her!

 Did you reach a boundary or limiting physical structure?              No     

Did you become aware of future events?      No     

Were you involved in or aware of a decision regarding your return to the body?     No      Did you have any psychic, paranormal or other special gifts following the experience that you did not have prior to the experience? No     

Did you have any changes of attitudes or beliefs following the experience?         Yes    I only believe in consciousness. everything else is an illusion for the sake of conscious experience

 How has the experience affected your relationships? Daily life? Religious practices? Career choices?           only in that I try to live my time here and now with love and understanding

 Has your life changed specifically as a result of your experience? Yes    not really in that I was already on the path to understand, as much as is possible in earthly form, the Creator

 Have you shared this experience with others?           Yes    I don't really know what they think

 What emotions did you experience following your experience? love and amazement at the creation of this world

 What was the best and worst part of your experience? no bad part. Best part was a reaffirmation of consciousness experience (soul?) beyond our physical bodies

 Is there anything else you would like to add concerning the experience?      no

 Following the experience, have you had any other events in your life, medications or substances which reproduced any part of the experience?       Yes           I've been directly spoken to by the Creator, I like to call God, on two separate occasions after. Whatever that's worth to you.

 Did the questions asked and information you provided accurately and comprehensively describe your experience?             Yes    I told it like it was. I have no one to impress, no agenda whatsoever. I don't care about the doubts of others, what they may think of me, I never have. I'm only here on earth to learn, to share that insight with others and to love.

 Please offer any suggestions you may have to improve this questionnaire.       I don't know, except you didn't ask about the person I shared the experience with. We can't possibly be the only two people to ever share this sort of thing.
