As I tried to open my eyes, out of fear, I saw that My head is just about to touch the ceiling and my body is lying on bed.

At that moment of OBE, I felt that I am very powerful and filled with LIGHT. Also a lot of light is emanating from me. As if i am a SUN but not heated one. Also a very peaceful feeling drawn over me.

After little time, I again saw my body and thought whether I am dead or alive?

And now in a split of a second I was again in my body.

This was the first experience of this kind to me. After this experience, i searched over internet and found this was OBE. After that i tried my self for such experience many times. On many occasions, I saw black tunnels sometimes and then returned back due to fear, some time I felt tilting away from my body, half upside down etc.

But my first OBE was spontaneous and very powerful one.

After such experience corporate life and social life is a bit difficult for me because people consider me innocent and soft spoken and take advantage of me whereas I have a general loving feeling for all the creatures.

At the time of your experience was there an associated life-threatening event?   No 

Was the experience difficult to express in words?  Yes     the feeling of power fullness and peace is inexplicable. I can only feel that but it is impossible to speak or even imagine it .

At what time during the experience were you at your highest level of consciousness and alertness?         when i felt that i am dead, and tried to know who I am. I felt very powerful, more powerful than sun.
