Experience description:
I
was never really interested in starting a family or having children. But I
always had this feelings someone was ‘waiting’ to be born. I never really gave
it much attention until some people read my hand and said they didn’t see any
children in my hand. I didn’t mind it because I don’t believe in palm reading
and it was just for a laugh anyway. Yet it simply felt like a wrong statement or
something.
A
couple of years later I had a relationship and because of our age, the topic of
having children came up regularly. We talked a lot but never came to a
conclusion.
Then one morning at breakfast we talked about it again and the conclusion was we
didn’t really need to have a child. Our lives were good as it was. I felt it was
a good decision. All of a sudden I saw this presence. It was like a vision which
I saw with my eyes open. Not like in the room, but I saw him, if you understand
me. It was a male figure. There came a sense of urgency and not a negative
pressure, but some ‘ hello hello’ , kind of emotion, like someone is banging the
door. ( hard to describe). It was there and then it was
moments later gone. It is as of your mind is completely elsewhere, but it
is no imagination or thinking. It happened.
After a view more conversations in the end we did try to go have a child and I
was instantly pregnant. Of course a boy! Happy and healthy! We are the proudest
parents ever. Love my son beyond imagination. Very happy to have him seen before
as a soul or stream of consciousness. It makes me try to be a better mother
every day, because he really wanted to be here with us as parents and me as his
mother. I am deeply humbled and honoured.
We will
not have any more children due to physical problems I have due to the pregnancy.
Would have loved more now I know how amazing this is but also I don’t feel like
there is anyone ‘waiting’ to be born. So it’s okay.

Uncertain At that moment my boyfriend does
not see anything about me. It is a personal experience. It’s maybe so brief,
nobody notices your mind is busy elsewhere. Not in the present moment but in the
vision-state

Yes Buddhist believe got stronger
although less dogmatic.
How has the experience affected

It is hard to relate to people
who don’t have experienced these things. You can not really talk about it.
People don’t understand or think you are crazy or excentric or Looking for
purpose in life. i don’t talk about it
unless someone has similar ‘paranormal’ experiences.

Have you shared this experience
with others?
Yes I told my boyfriend but he doesn’t
register it. It’s simply a weird story must be imagination. He is an atheist so
these things simply can’t happen.
What emotions did you experience
following your experience?
Startled
surprises happy in awe. I treasure that moment. It is a gift bigger than ever
