Experience description:

All my life I have had really vivid dreams.  Sometimes I think that I live another life after falling asleep, but this experience is not even close to any of my dreaming conditions. I know that we can leave our physical bodies, I think that it is absolutely okay that people have those out of body experiences but I didn't know that I would be allowed to have one of those just not having NDE, but trying to sleep.

Before anyone try to doubt and tell me that I had a very vivid dream or sleeping paralysis or anything else like that I will say that everything that it could be I experienced before and it's not any of these. I remember every moment of my OBE and I was completely conscious during that time.

I cannot say that I was shocked or distressed by all of the things going on because I was early thinking that it would be great to leave my body whenever I want to.  I would be like some people on our planet do, calling it astral body adventures or whatever. But as it happened too fast after my thoughts and I was not planning on that, it just caught me off guard a little bit.

I was trying to fall asleep reading the book in my bed and finally felt like I am ready to go see my nightly crazy dreams. I closed my eyes and started to go through my first stage of sleeping, feeling the darkness and relaxing weakness.  Suddenly, I opened my eyes. I was totally conscious and realized that those are not my physical eyes that are opened. It was really odd, but I was completely calm. I knew that I was given a chance to go out of my body and remembered immediately the "roll out" method I read in the book. So I started trying to roll for some reason towards the wall, where there wasn't a lot of space. Immediately my whole body started vibrating. The sound in my ears was so loud, like I got into the airplane engine. There was noise and vibrations.  My vision stared to blur and then turned into more like tunnel vision. I knew I was going to leave my body. But then in my head I just asked myself "Where are you going? You don't even know the place and how to get back!" After that, I realized that my hand had separated. I put it back and opened my eyes (this time physical).

I felt  like I did not even fall asleep or anything like that. I opened my phone and wrote it all down and this time I wanted to complete my business. I closed my eyes and repeated everything above. I got out of my body safely, like a balloon flying to a wall.  I saw myself and my boyfriend sleeping. Then I thought of my body and tried to move, it worked and I got back to my body. I did not wake up this time. I slept all night and had dreams, but I do not remember them now. I always remember only the last dream and never the one happened right after falling asleep.  Even if it could be a dream, which is not, it would not be remained in my memory until morning.  I don't know why I now say about that like it's not a big deal for me, but I am always a skeptic for things I cannot test myself. I still cannot believe it was so easy, but I cannot repeat it since then.
