Experience description:

I had climbed into my bed high up (bunk bed), to lie down it was a Sunday. When I lay down I fixed the corner of the wall where my travel bags were stored on a shelf attached to the ceiling. I noticed that there were fewer and fewer shadows in this corner of the shelf. And very quickly the daylight intensified invading the whole room and all the corners of shadows, I found it very beautiful, I was very surprised, I wanted to jump out of my Bed and I missed the edge of the bed, in fact I did not understand what happened because I never miss the edge of the bed. This bad bed exit puts me out of balance I find myself face facing the ground ready to fall (the bed was 1m70 high) and I do not fall I float in the air slowly towards the ground. A feeling of intense panic invades me, I feel the fall in my guts (I am very sensitive to variations in weightlessness.) this feeling of weightlessness makes me even more panicking I move arms and feet like I was grabbed by my back and brutally I get up from my bed. I was still lying down. I did not understand what had happened. There was no difference in perception with the real, other than this difference in light, the outline of the objects and the fact that my leg went through the edge of the bed.

Any associated medications or substances with the potential to affect the experience?      No

Was the kind of experience difficult to express in words?          Yes    The color and these effects on objects is indescribable. It was a sensation. The objects in the room had no shadows, they were perfectly surrounded by light. The color was gold yellow.

At the time of this experience, was there an associated life threatening event? Uncertain     I was in the military at the time. I was on dangerous missions that year.

What was your level of consciousness and alertness during the experience?    I was normal, I was just amazed by this light that vaguely reminded me of something.

Was the experience dream like in any way?          Absolutely not. The light rose in the room just by fixing the corner of the wall. No transition from awake to sleep.

Did you experience a separation of your consciousness from your body?   Uncertain     I had the feeling of falling looking at the ground when I was slowly floating above. I was afraid of falling and hurting myself.

What emotions did you feel during the experience?          Feeling déjà vu and the fear of falling to the ground when I was floating.

Did you hear any unusual sounds or noises?         Not. Perfect silence.

LOCATION DESCRIPTION:  Did you recognize any familiar locations or any locations from familiar religious teachings or encounter any locations inhabited by incredible or amazing creatures?         No

Did you see a light?        Yes    A golden yellow light, beautiful, which carried information beyond the visual. This light was an accentuation of natural light.

Did you meet or see any other beings?         Uncertain          Not during this experiment.

Did you experiment while out of the body or in another, altered state?         No

Did you notice how your 5 senses were working, and if so, how were they different? Yes    I had a perfect feeling of my 5 senses. I had the feeling that they were working infinitely faster, and more fluid.

Did you have any sense of altered space or time?          Uncertain     I don't know how to express that vibration with words. "I was faster than the time" It's not about speed, It's hard to describe in words.

Did you have a sense of knowing, special knowledge, universal order and/or purpose?         Yes    I know what people have to go through, my intuition is more developed than before, and I know that I am different and special for some living being.

Did you reach a boundary or limiting physical structure?           No

Did you become aware of future events?      Yes    I have been talking to everyone around me for several years about what is happening right now. And I saw two years ago barricades in the streets, hunger and a lot of violence. I have been talking to those around me for several years about a time when humanity will return to the Age of Peter almost causing our extinction. At that time everyone said that I was watching too many films, today I understood that there is a conservation program for our species.

Were you involved in or aware of a decision regarding your return to the body?          Uncertain     I just realized that I had something to do.

Did you have any psychic, paranormal or other special gifts following the experience that you did not have prior to the experience?      Uncertain     I had managed to see things that you can't see. Very few times objects, image, or shapes imperfectly and uncertainly because I sometimes find it hard to believe in all this. But with a certainty I guess someone's "path" if they don't know who I am. (again it's hard to express with words)

Did you have any changes of attitudes or beliefs following the experience?     Yes    I left the army, I helped everyone I met on my way, and now I am obsessed with nature, exploration and that certainty, that belief that has entered me.

How has the experience affected your relationships? Daily life? Religious practices? Career choices?   I do a lot of meditation.

Has your life changed specifically as a result of your experience? Yes    I know things about who we are. I have a lot of ideas about how things work.

Have you shared this experience with others?       Yes    I adapt my speech to the one who listens to it without distorting the reality of the content. Some of them aren't ready.

What emotions did you experience following your experience? I wanted to understand where this feeling of déjà vu came from, the phenomenon interested me less than to understand the origin of all this.

What was the best and worst part of your experience?          The light was the best part. The worst part was the fall of the bed with the feeling of weightlessness.

Is there anything else you would like to add concerning the experience? I've had many other different experiences With whom I had witnesses, visual or video as part of my former work, but with the same feeling every time. Today I no longer have any experience of any kind. And I have enough perspective to talk about it.

Following the experience, have you had any other events in your life, medications or substances which reproduced any part of the experience?       Yes    I made 6 encounters of living beings. 5 in our reality including 4 indirect and 1 direct. And an encounter in a modified state of consciousness.

Did the questions asked and information you provided accurately and comprehensively describe your experience?           Uncertain     The simple act of putting words on these experiences, restores the experience. For I believe that every experience is just the container of something that we all embody.

Please offer any suggestions you may have to improve this questionnaire.       I suggest that you have your questions and surveys written by people who have gone through the same things and who have a perspective on their experience. Making groups is important to draw and see a mental map of the message of these experiences. It's a puzzle.
