Experience description:
I was in my bed (it was a kind of wooden
bed with bars for children). I tried to get to sleep and almost felt like
paralyzed in my sleep. Suddenly I felt going out of my body, as if being snapped
outside. And I was flying in the air, first above my bed, the whole space around
was filled with yellow golden light. I remember floating in the air and that I
passed through the bars of my bed. On the floor there was like a golden carpet
and I went towards a luminous form. That's all I remember. Following this
experience, every night I started to make an assessment of my actions before
going to sleep.
DESCRIPTION DE L’EXPERIENCE:
J étais couché dans mon lit (c etais une forme de lit pour
enfants en bois avec des barreaux). Je cherchais à m endormir et me sentais
presque comme paralysé dans mon sommeil. Soudain je me suis senti sortir de mon
corps, comme happé vers l exterieur. Et je volais dans les airs d abord au
dessus de mon lit, tout l espace environnant était rempli de lumière jaune-or,
je me souviens que je flottais dans les air et que j ai passé à travers les
barreaux de mon lit. Sur le sol il y avait comme un tapis d or et je me suis
dirigé vers une forme lumineuse. C est tout ce que je me souviens. Suite à cette
experience j ai commencé à faire le bilan de mes actes avant de m endormir
chaque soir.
