Any associated medications or substances with the potential to affect the experience?  Yes.      Some vitamins and some food would increase my likelihood to have some experience.

Was the kind of experience difficult to express in words?  Yes.  At times the experiences have left me in a very questioning state of mind.

I often feel that I had just had a amazing experience but only could recall a few elements. But some of the times I have had a very lucid state of mind.

At the time of this experience, was there an associated life threatening event?    No.     

What was your level of consciousness and alertness during the experience?  On a scale of 1 to 10 my experiences have been between 4-8. Most of them around a 7 intensity.

Was the experience dream like in any way?  It was only dream-like about 1/4 of the time.

Did you experience a separation of your consciousness from your body?  Yes.  

What emotions did you feel during the experience?  I have felt every emotion except complete fear or any find of horror.

Did you hear any unusual sounds or noises? I have felt vibrations and have heard some noises with strange tonal quality about them.

LOCATION DESCRIPTION:  Did you recognize any familiar locations or any locations familiar from religious teachings ie. Heaven, Hell, Hades, etc.?  Did you encounter any locations inhabited by incredible or amazing creatures?  Yes, I have felt the feeling of oneness with reality but never any specific religious symbols.

Did you see a light?  Yes. 

Did you meet or see any other beings?  Yes.  I had felt the life of other beings and have had vague communication that I can't completely recall.

Did you experiment while out body or in another altered state?  For example did you attempt to visit a family member or friend at another location?  Did you eyewitness an event that you would not have known about had you not been out of body?  Did you attempt to move a physical object while in the astral/etheric universe?  Yes

If yes or uncertain, what did you do and what was the result of the experimentation?       Describe: I have moved around in my local neighborhood. I have also found myself back at a house that I once had flashing into consciousness at this new place I than moved around the old house and found that things in the house had been changed.

Did you observe or hear anything regarding people or events during your experience that could be verified later? No. 

Did you notice how your 5 senses were working, and if so, how were they different?  Yes.  I have had a few experiences with every sense except the sense of smell and equilibrium.

Did you have any sense of altered space or time?  Yes.  I have had Lucid dreams where time seemed to elongate or to shorten. Time seemed to have a different meaning.

Did you have a sense of knowing special knowledge, universal order and/or purpose?  Yes.  I have felt a feeling where I felt I was feeling underlying stuff of reality.

Did you reach a boundary or limiting physical structure? Yes.  I have had Lucid dreams where I wish to go through a roof and can't. I somehow thought I could change anything but some things seemed to be real and unchangeable as if in the experience I was in a real physical place with physical laws and  was creating a mental world over it.

Did you become aware of future events?  Uncertain.  I have had some intuition increases. I have found I often know things a split second before they happen but never more than a few seconds ahead.

Were you involved in or aware of a decision regarding your return to the body?  Yes.  I have felt a strong desire to return many times. Often if I thought anything about my body in the bed.

Did you have any psychic, paranormal or other special gifts following the experience you did not have prior to the experience?  Yes.  Yes, Like I said above.

Did you have any changes of attitudes or beliefs following the experience?  Yes.  I have begun to feel very in touch with my life and nature.

Have you shared this experience with others?  Yes.  My best friend and a very small number of other people like my family.

What emotions did you experience following your experience?  I have felt joy and awe as well as things that where kind of scary.

Has your life changed specifically as a result of your experience?  Yes.  I am mostly a more happy man.
