They all start to flutter and at that moment I am being sucked backwards at great speed into a deep and infinite emptiness. Deep within myself I felt very frightened and then I stop in the middle of an infinite cosmos. I stay there for a while until I see a dot in the distance. It becomes bigger and bigger as it approaches with unprecedented speed.

It appears to be a huge rose, it stops in front of me and it fills the entire cosmos. The deep red and deep black shadow tones leave a very intense impression which I feel in the depths of my being. Then I loose consciousness. 

I had my OBE when I was 23 years old and was going through intense changes.

Lying on the floor, visualizing colors while meditating I played a CD with various sounds. After some 15 minutes I lost consciousness for a short while and then I flew very conscious and alert through the cosmos via an umbilical cord. It was the same infinite cosmos as I experienced before birth. I was very alert and free of feelings. In the distance a small dot approached and it appeared to be a maze. This maze was octagonal and it's color was brown like wood. I flew through it. At that moment it felt as if I was passing through a gate and I landed on an other planet. I was "sitting" on very bright green grass. It was much brighter and fresher than anything I have ever seen on earth. In the distance I saw a mountainous landscape with in the middle an ochreous moon or planet. I felt very alert and conscious there and the moment I realized I was really there and that it was no figment of my imagination I was startled for a second. And in a split second I was back in my body. I stood up, was a little bit in shock and I was very cold. 

Was the kind of experience difficult to express in words?  Yes, the clarity of the experience. 

At the time of this experience, was there an associated life threatening event?  No. 

At what time during the experience were you at your highest level of consciousness and alertness?  During the entire experience. 

How did your highest level of consciousness and alertness during the experience compare to your normal every day consciousness and alertness?  More consciousness and alertness than normal. 

If your highest level of consciousness and alertness during the experience was different from your normal every day consciousness and alertness please explain: The entire experience. 

Did your vision differ in any way from your normal every day vision? Yes, everything was much clearer and the tones much deeper. The colors and shades were much more intense and what you saw you felt at the same time. 

Did your hearing differ in any way from your normal every day hearing?  Yes, there was an intense silence and yet everything was present. The hearing took place in the consciousness, like telepathy. 

Did you experience a separation of your consciousness from your body?  Yes. 

What emotions did you feel during the experience?  At first an overwhelming and wondering feeling. A strong neutrality through everything that was felt. Sometimes fear, especially during the fetus experience, but of a different kind than you experience on a personality level. 

Did you pass into or through a tunnel or enclosure?  Uncertain, I went at high speed through a maze. 

Did you see a light?  No. 

Did you meet or see other beings?  Yes, during the first experience I saw some 30 illuminated contours strongly connecting with me and each other through feelings. They felt like my "soul group" saying goodbye because I was going to be born. We communicated and said our goodbye's through telepathy without words. But we clearly connected deep into the consciousness. 

Did you experience a review of past events in your life?  No. 

Did you observe or hear anything regarding people or events during your experience that could be verified later?  No. 

Did you see or visit any beautiful or otherwise distinctive locations, levels or dimensions?  Yes, a sphere in Sirius. The sphere with the cosmic green grass, beautiful mountains and the ochre moon in the distance felt very peaceful with a feeling of being home. 

Did you have any sense of altered space or time?  Yes, the time was gone, as well as the feeling of being limited. It felt like coming home to a place where I had been before I incarnated as a human being. 

Did you have a sense of knowing special knowledge, universal order and/or purpose?  Yes, especially after the experience. During the experience a sort of knowing was activated. An understanding of multi dimensionality? I understand that this is a reality and not a belief. 

Did you reach a boundary or limiting physical structure?  Yes, the green souls were standing on a "farewell line" from where they accompanied my descent. 

Did you become aware of future events?  Uncertain, ever since childhood I have known that I had this experience. Even as a child I knew that it was no dream but a much more profound experience. When I had the experience at 23 the whole memory was reactivated as if it had happened yesterday. And since then lots of synchronizations happen with many contacts beyond the boundaries. 

Did you have any psychic, paranormal or other special gifts following the experience you did not have prior to the experience?  Yes, I have many clear contacts with the deceased, non human souls, I have planetary contacts and many synchronizations with events. 

Have you shared this experience with others?  I sometimes told friends about the first experience when we were telling each other our dreams. I also told friends while walking in a meadow in Windermere England with the scouts. When I was about 20 years old I told a homoeopath but he took no notice of it. My wife was the first person I told my second experience(23) to but she didn't know what to make of it. I told some friends but I got the feeling they didn't believe me. They didn't understand which made me feel frustrated. Shortly after that I started a course in intuitive education and I told the teacher who did understand and that reassured me. But mostly I kept it to myself because I don't feel understood and acknowledged. 

Did you have any knowledge of near death experience (NDE) prior to your experience?  No. 

How did you view the reality of your experience shortly (days to weeks) after it happened:  It was so clear and conscious that I never doubted for a minute that it was real. It was maybe more real than our day to day reality. 

Were there one or several parts of the experience especially meaningful or significant to you?  The rose was very emphatically a life symbol that was given to me. To experience the blossoming and the depth of the colors of life. This is expressed in creativity and the ups and downs I relive through the memory. It doesn't matter if you go through the downs, it feels liberating. To bid farewell to the green souls gave me a very conscious feeling of support and strength beyond the boundaries. And a deep feeling of solidarity with the souls in the multi dimensional reality. The second OBE turned my life around. The maze made me want to search further for broadening and personal growth. While the planet very strongly opened a broadening to where I was before I came to the earth( before the human incarnation cycles). 

How do you currently view the reality of your experience?  My later experiences were invigorated and the way that synchronizations occurred in my life was miraculous. The many other contacts and experiences I have had since confirm this even more. 

Have your relationships changed as a result of your experience?  Yes, I am more responsible and honest and I try to finish unfinished stuff in relationships. 

Have your religious beliefs/practices changed specifically as a result of your experience?  Yes, I have a deep sense that religion behind the veils, by that I mean outside of the body, is not important anymore because it is actually a mental form that paves the way. When I was out of my body there was just a consciousness that was connected to everything divine. But not based on a God of convictions of how he or she should be, but from a very natural concept of which I and everyone else is a part. That way I sensed we are all part of that God and that creation is our own creation. Since then I have many contacts ranging from creatures of nature to other intelligences and forms of consciousness. The feeling of wanting to be in "heaven" is gone and I have the profound realization that it is all about the here and now. And that death is simply a vacation to rest for a short while from our journey as a human being. 

Following the experience, have you had any other events in your life, medications or substances which reproduced any part of the experience?  Yes, I have visions like the ones described by medicine men. I have clear contacts with other forms of consciousness. I have telepathic connections with the people I know. There are many synchronizations. 

Is there anything else you would like to add concerning the experience?  It is often hard that people who haven't experienced this don't understand.
