Fortunately my wife was there to talk me down.  She was like the Buddha giving me step by step instructions on what to do to stay grounded and not go over the brink.  I also called out for God and or the angels to help me through this.

That night I went to bed probably around 11:00 PM.  Sometime later I woke up to a most unusual energy.  I was lying on my left side facing my wife and it seemed that my being was vibrating almost like a bowl of Jell-O.  Like my boundaries were shifting several inches in all directions.  It was a warm, low frequency vibration. Not unpleasant.

Now this could not have been my "physical body" since that type of motion would have shook the bed and awakened my wife but it was definitely happening.  I opened my eyes and was just lying there very still, feeling this, wondering what was going on, when I suddenly felt two hands on my right shoulder push my physical body down harder into the mattress.  This was undeniably my body being pushed down like someone was leaning straight armed against me and putting his/her weight on me with a quick motion.

Coincident to the touch of those 2 hands a powerful pulse of of the same energy I had awakened to coursed through me.

It was over like that.

When I turned I saw nothing.  I immediately woke my wife and told her what happened.

I was definitely awake.  My physical body was definitely interacting with this "angel" or whatever you wish to call it.

My reaction to the incident is that I found it reassuring.

The incident fits in with experiences others have had as far as physical interactions with unseen beings though is modest in comparison to some.

Not this incident. The knowing occurred 10 years ago.

Did you have any psychic, paranormal or other special gifts following the experience that you did not have prior to the experience?         Uncertain

There were alot of strange things going on during the period of Aug. 17 thru Nov. 15 2003. I'd wake up with very strong messages or impressions in my mind some of which made sense and some which didn't. I may have had a brief OBE along with waking to the definite feeling and sound of a propeller turning slowly in my head.  One night I awakened and for a few seconds seemed to be in two places at once.

This period was definitly different then any time in my life before that or since.

I believe this may be correlated with the extreme sunspot activity of the time which seems to have been bathing the earth in spirtual as well as electromagnetic energy.

Now believe we have much more control of things then I once thought.

Career choices?       Where as before I had a kind of intellectual knowing I now have a strong desire to  have more spirtual experiences, associate with people with similar knowledge, develop any abilities that may be possible, and act spiritually (unconditonal love, no judgments) on a daily basis.

What emotions did you experience following your experience?  I was somewhat awestruck that such a thing could actually happen. It proves that anything is possible!

What was the best and worst part of your experience?      The fear of the day before was the worst thing.  The reassurance bought on by the  experience the best.

Is there anything else you would like to add concerning the experience?        If we understand that every "thing" is actually energy then the fact that a being could show up in my room at night and adjust it's energy field to interact with the energy field that is my body makes sense.

Following the experience, have you had any other events in your life, medications or substances which reproduced any part of the experience?         Yes

Since this incident I have at times spontaneously felt the same energy at low levels during the night.
