I didn't have finished my sentence, when everything surrounding me was but light, a vibrant fluctuating light, at the same time soft and strong.

Everything was of a dense and fluctuating transparency, and above all I felt myself being taken into this process of an unbelievable strength and well-being. I wasn't immediately aware of what happened to me; I even during two or three days was staying like in an pleasant daze. One week later I was unexpectedly (but I was suffering for my daughters) taken into this so wonderful light (I was in the car, the interior seemed 'normal' to me while at the outside..... I now understand the superlatives used in the Bible to describe this other world; superlatives that at the time I felt to be cheap and overrated) with an impression of infinity in the possibility to see and this sensation to be able to touch, to be at the heart of things, while at the same time seeing the whole thing; feeling the interior of each blade of grass, each leaf in it's unity (always extremely luminous) and the landscape in it's entirety. A third time, one evening, when in the darkness I sensed the beneficial emanation of the waves, emanating from the objects and projecting on me, enveloping me.....

It's difficult to describe this; myself distrusting a psychic state of bad health.

I didn't take any medications, nor drugs, nor other and never have had hallucinations or similar things.

DESCRIPTION DE L’EXPERIENCE:

Un matin je croyais vraiment être morte ( également physiquement) quand soudain je bougeai. ce fus l'horreur ,je pensais à mes filles présentes dans la maison et qu'elles sentiraient combien j'étais mal ;pas croyante et réfutant un dieu qui accepterait toute la souffrance de ce monde je dis pourtant ces paroles: dieu si tu existes fais quelque chose   (j'étais anéantie physiquement et moralement)

Je n'avais pas fini ma phrase que  tout ce qui m'entourait n'était que lumière vibrante ondoyante douce et forte à la fois.

tout était d'une transparence dense et ondulante et surtout je me sentais prise dans ce processus d'une incroyable force et bienfaisance. je n ai pas pris conscience tout de suite de ce qu'il m'était arrivé ;je fus même durant deux ou trois jours comme dans un agréable état second . Une semaine après je fus à l'improviste (mais je souffrais pour mes filles)prise dans cette lumière si magnifique (j'étais en voiture,l 'habitacle m'apparessant 'normalement' alors qu'à l'extérieur ....je comprends les superlatifs employés dans la bible pour décrire cet autre monde ;superlatifs que je trouvais alors théâtreux et surfaits) avec une impression d'infinité dans la possibilité de voir et cette sensation de pouvoir toucher, être au cœur même des choses tout en voyant l'ensemble; sentir de l intérieur chaque brin d'herbe ,chaque feuille en son unité(toujours extra-lumineuse) et le paysage en entier. Une troisième fois , un soir ,où dans l'obscurité je ressenti l'émanation bienfaisante des ondes émanant des objets et qui se projetait sur moi,qui m' enveloppait ....

C'est difficile de décrire ceci;moi-même me défiant d'un état psychique souffrant.

Je ne prenais pas de médicaments  ni drogues  ni autre et n'ai jamais eu d hallu où semblable.
