Experience description:

It was the 1st April – a long holiday – the Catholic Easter. We went with my daughters to the city of Necochea. We were on the beach. It was a cloudy day, with hardly anyone. Me and my youngest daughter decided to go into the sea. The water almost came up to our waists, and suddenly something happened beneath my feet. The sand or the sea floor, dissappeared. I was in a whirlpool that prevented me from swimming out of it, I was moving away from the coast more and more. Up to this moment my daughter had tried to grab an arm to help me get out.

All of a sudden I could see the cover of a newspaper saying: "The sea has taken the two last victims of the season" immediately I jumped up and started to see the coast very far away, the sea was carrying me offshore. I can't say exactly but I know that I saw water and sky. I decided to stop trying to swim and to relax. At this very moment something happened because everything seemed to stop, as if time had been paused, and like on a cinema screen, my life passed from before to the future, but it wasn't just pictures, I could feel what it was that others had experienced, I felt their pain, their sorrow, their happiness.

A thought came into my head, and I said in an almost happy voice "Ahhh... it is going to be like this" referring to my death. Then all the water went...and then everything was totally white, everything was light – not blinding – but clear and a feeling of absolute love like I had never felt. The pleasure, the enjoyment or happiness was imeasureable. If I had to choose a word, it would be ecstasy or an eternal orgasm...

The cries of my daughter: "Why have you left me!" brought me back all of a sudden, and someone said to me in the ear: "You can swim or I am knocking" he put his hand on my waist and carried me to the beach, it was the lifeguard that had finished his contract the previous day, but for some reason knew that he had to stay until the end of the holiday accordinf to his own words.

At the time of your experience was there an associated life-threatening event? No

Was the experience difficult to express in words? Yes
Because to describe feelings in the same way as colours, escapes the vocabulary that I have. I don't know if the words even exist that can describe or explain this, in the end all I could say was: it seemed similar to...

At what time during the experience were you at your highest level of consciousness and alertness? At the beginning when the accident first happened.

How did your highest level of consciousness and alertness during the experience compare to your normal everyday consciousness and alertness?
More consciousness and alertness than normal It was more because I was conscious of that which happened.

Please compare your vision during the experience to your everyday vision that you had immediately prior to the time of the experience.
Before the experinece it was a normal sense, the observation of the things that were happening in the place were everyday things, enjoying a quiet day on the beach.

Please compare your hearing during the experience to your everyday hearing that you had immediately prior to the time of the experience.
   Normal.

Did you see or hear any earthly events that were occurring during a time that your consciousness / awareness was apart from your physical / earthly body?

Did you seem to enter some other, unearthly world?
A clearly mystical or unearthly realm
I don't know whether to call it a mystical ralm, or an unknown home, it was a place where I have never been. A place where what I felt was a love that overwhelmed me.

Did time seem to speed up or slow down? Everything seemed to be happening at once; or time stopped or lost all meaning
Without doubt time stopped. People who had been previously on the beach were as if paralysed, the images had stopped.

   Everything about the universe
It was a sensation of knowing I am part of everything.

Did you reach a boundary or limiting physical structure? No

What occurred during your experience included: Content that was entirely not consistent with the beliefs you had at the time of your experience

I always had the capacity to be very respectful towards all the religious beliefs, although I never practise any.

How accurately do you remember the experience in comparison to other life events that occurred around the time of the experience? I remember the experience more accurately than other life events that occurred around the time of the experience.
It is always here. It is something that has changed my life.

Discuss any changes that might have occurred in your life after your experience:

One of the changes that I consider important was the sensitivity that remained, I call this sensitivity empathy, to feel that which others feel. Hearing changed: it was impossible to go to the supermarket because I could hear all the voices at the same time. Hearing the thoughts of others would destabilise me. After many years, sometimes I am able to do it other times no. I have improved on these and other things.

My experience directly resulted in:
   Large changes in my life

Do you have any psychic, non-ordinary or other special gifts after your experience that you did not have before the experience?

Yes As a child it was common to have premonitory dreams, and this frightened me a lot. I believe I denied this, I cancelled it, or whatever you want to call growing up. After the experience it was as if a door had opened to bring me back more intensely. Dreams, hearing, empathy, telepathy.

Are there one or several parts of your experience that are especially meaningful or significant to you?
 Everything

Have you ever shared this experience with others?
Yes

On coming home. They reacted badly, they understood the accident as a tragedy and I felt full of love and happiness.

Some listened, others thought I was crazy believing in these things.

Did you have any knowledge of near death experience (NDE) prior to your experience? No

What did you believe about the reality of your experience shortly (days to weeks) after it happened: Experience was definitely real

Nothing more occurs to me. I think it is complete.

No

No

No

No

No

No

¿Llegaron a usted escenas del futuro?    No

No

No

No

No

Todas
