All I can tell you really is that I can remember walking home from junior school with my friend, and then, I saw myself in the distance walking and talking to her.  I don't know what I was saying, it was like I was watching someone else walking down the road. 

I do not know how I "caught up with myself" or how the experience ended either.  Perhaps it was a dream, I just don't know.

      Explanation:  I am not too sure, I had an epileptic fit for which I was prescribed medication which I only took for a very short period of time.  I can not remember if this experience happened before or after though.  (By the way, I was very ill after the seizure, I fractured my scull in two places and had a blood clot behind my right ear - if this is important)

What was your level of consciousness and alertness during the experience?  not too sure what you mean.  It was about 3.20pm.  I was fully awake and alert at the time - I think!

      Describe:  Disbelief really, depends on the person, I haven't really told that many people.  I suppose I have been quite selective with who I tell.  Always seems to be during a conversation about strange things.

Is there anything else you would like to add concerning the experience?  We had 4 family deaths around this time (these deaths occurred the year of my serious seizure and again, unfortunately I can not remember if this was the same time or not)
