Experience description 3063:

I've been waiting awhile to tell you about this incident. It happened when I was 50 years old. But I've recently been diagnosed with breast and lymph node cancer, so I'd rather not wait any longer.

In January of 2014, I was asleep in bed at our farm and I had a strange dream. 'Strange' because it didn't feel like a normal dream. It felt real and this is the 3rd time I've ever had a dream that felt real.

Anyway, while sleeping, I suddenly found myself inside a living room I did not recognize. I realized I was not on the ground. I was viewing the room from the upper left corner, near the ceiling.

A boy, who looked like he was in his very early teens, was walking down the hallway (from left to right) and was headed toward his bedroom. He was rather tall for his age, slender with a slight build and had dark wavy hair. He seems angry or upset about something and was "sulking" as he headed towards his room. Suddenly, I realize I know him. He is my grandson. (I don't currently have any grandchildren but do have one child, an adult son.)

I notice his hair and face look nothing like my son. His hair looks more like my father's hair but his face doesn't look like anyone in my family. He goes into his room and closes the door behind him. I don't follow him because I can feel he wants to be alone. Besides, he didn't even know I was present.

Next, I look over to my right. I see my other grandson! He is 3 or 4 years old and has red hair, like my son. But his hair is a slightly darker shade of red and is a bit long (like a bowl cut.) His eyes are darker than mine, or my son's, greenish-blue eyes. He's smiling at me and I can feel his overwhelming love for me.

He can see me and I'm very surprised by this. He's not supposed to be able to see me because I somehow know that I am dead. In fact, I know I have no body, and am made of light, because my light is reflecting back towards me off of his face and hair. (It is a rather light golden color.) But he's not afraid, nor am I, and he keeps smiling at me. I can feel he's very happy to see me and I'm very happy to see him! We spent a few more seconds enraptured in this love that we have for each other.

Then, I realize I must go. Where, I don't know. Nor do I know how I arrived here in the first place. But wow...am I glad I did!

Next, I suddenly woke up from the dream. But I remember everything about it and my (future) grandsons. To this day, almost 2 years later, I still remember everything about the dream and my grandsons. I'd recognize them anywhere. I still know that I've passed away, by the time this happens, and do not feel afraid of that either. But, because of the recent cancer diagnosis, I do feel compelled to share it with you now rather than later.

Any associated medications or substances with the potential to affect the experience?     No

Was the kind of experience difficult to express in words? No

At the time of this experience, was there an associated life threatening event?          No

What was your level of consciousness and alertness during the experience?           Very high.

Was the experience dream like in any way?   No. It was during a dream state but didn't feel like a dream at all. It felt real.

Did you experience a separation of your consciousness from your body?     Yes     I don't have a body. I am made of a light colored, golden "light."

What emotions did you feel during the experience?            Concern for my oldest grandson. I am worried about why he is upset. For my youngest grandson, all we share is pure love and joy at seeing each other.

Did you hear any unusual sounds or noises?           No. I didn't hear anything at all.

LOCATION DESCRIPTION:  Did you recognize any familiar locations or any locations from familiar religious teachings or encounter any locations inhabited by incredible or amazing creatures?    No

Did you see a light?           Yes     The light I was "me." I had no body. I was made of light.

Did you meet or see any other beings?           Yes     Yes, I saw what I knew to be 2 of my future grandsons. I don't know why I knew who they were. I'd never seen them before and have no grandchildren. But there they were and I am certain they are my grandsons.

Did you experiment while out of the body or in another, altered state? No

Did you observe or hear anything regarding people or events during your experience that could be verified later?     No

Did you have any sense of altered space or time?   No

Did you have a sense of knowing, special knowledge, universal order and/or purpose?    No

Did you reach a boundary or limiting physical structure?             No

Did you become aware of future events?       Yes     Yes. However, I can't verify this information until the boys are born.

Were you involved in or aware of a decision regarding your return to the body?       No       Did you have any psychic, paranormal or other special gifts following the experience that you did not have prior to the experience?         No

Did you have any changes of attitudes or beliefs following the experience?   Yes      I'd never thought I'd be able to see people who have not yet been born. Also, I wonder if their ages correspond with the exact time/date of my death or if I've just come back from death to see them for awhile.

How has the experience affected your relationships? Daily life? Religious practices? Career choices?       Yes. Up until my cancer diagnosis, I thought I might have been shown exactly when I will die. Now that I have this cancer, I'm uncertain if that's when I will die or if it's just a visit (to see them) from death.

Has your life changed specifically as a result of your experience?         No

Have you shared this experience with others?         Yes     Shared it with some family members. Some believe I've been given a great gift. Others didn't appear to be influenced one way or another.

What emotions did you experience following your experience?  Great joy at seeing that my son will become a father and I will have these grandsons.

What was the best and worst part of your experience?      The joy at seeing both of the boys, and sharing great depths of love with my youngest grandson, were the best parts. The worst part was not being able to help my oldest grandson with whatever was troubling him.

Following the experience, have you had any other events in your life, medications or substances which reproduced any part of the experience?         No

Did the questions asked and information you provided accurately and comprehensively describe your experience?                     Yes

Experience description 3001:

I woke up at 3 a.m. on Jan. 21, 2015 and wasn't able to go back to sleep right away. This isn't unusual. Finally fell back asleep from 7:30 am to 10 am. A dream woke me up. In the dream, I saw all of our cattle and they were near some water. Several of the female cattle are currently pregnant but we're unsure of "due dates." (We're "sort of" new to this...I grew up on a cattle farm but left that farm over 30 yrs ago.)

In the dream, most of the cattle were laying down several feet away from the water. Some were grazing around the area. I noticed 3 newborn baby cows with our cattle. Two of them were black and one of them was black and white. They all looked content and healthy, including the babies.

I woke up immediately and told my husband about the dream. A short time later, he went outside to feed the cattle some hay in our barn. One of the pregnant cows was "missing" and my husband reported it right away.

I put on my coveralls. We went out to the pasture and split up to look for the cow. I found her right away...AND her newborn black bull, down near the creek. (The creek is a mile long and approximately 25 acres east of the farmhouse.)

Mama and baby were fine and healthy...as expected because I'd already "seen" this baby and his mama in my dream!

It's important to note I've never had a dream about our animals or our cattle. Not even last year...8 months ago, one cow gave birth to a healthy, brown baby bull. Last April, 2014, one cow had a miscarriage. Was never able to find it's remains. The farm's acreage is large.

P.S. Can't wait to see the other newborns when they arrive! I'm not a vegetarian but probably "should" be. Absolutely abhor the thought of selling, killing or eating any of them. Love them too much and have told my husband I will NOT participate if/when he sells them. We do not kill our chickens but we do sell, and eat, their eggs. I've carefully  raised each one since they were 2 days old. The animals "love me back." I can feel their love inside my soul.
