Experience description:

I woke up in bed.  In the morning as I got out of bed, I saw myself still in bed. I went as normal, down the hall and down the stairs into the living room.  I laid on the chair. I could see the room reflected in the blank television screen. I saw myself enter the room as I done and laid on the chair as I had done.  Then, I saw myself go into myself.

I felt so frightened. I told my parents what had just happened.  They said I was probably dreaming.  But I have never forgotten this experience. I know it wasn't a dream.  Even to this day, I play it over in my mind wondering what the experience was.  I've been googleing the experience and have read other people leaving their body as OBE. I think that is what I had.
