Experience description:

Any associated medications or substances with the potential to affect the experience?     Uncertain            I only had a couple of drinks and some pills for pain. But when it happened it was many hours (6) later and I felt fine before  put myself to bed.

Was the kind of experience difficult to express in words? Uncertain      What I felt and saw out of body is difficult to explain, my own physical body was paralyzed and I was scared because I could not move in case I had to defend myself from what was happening, I felt something was prying me out of my body and saw myself out of it.

At the time of this experience, was there an associated life threatening event?          No      

What was your level of consciousness and alertness during the experience?           Enhanced but I still feel like I missed lots of details

            Was the experience dream like in any way?   Not so much because my mind was awake

Did you experience a separation of your consciousness from your body?     Uncertain      only the bottom half of my body had separated, I could feel and see a another pair of legs moving upwards like they were mine, above my real body legs and there was a yellow light around them. It felt like my own legs were separating and going elsewhere without my consent and there was nothing I could do about it my real legs were paralyzed.  I panic and wanted to scream for help and it was the most difficult thing to do since my mouth was also paralyzed. I think my panic brought me back. I finally gained my feelings and heard myself saying HELP out loud. My heart was beating fast when I came back to my body. I think if the experience would have continued, my whole body would have been separated in two and maybe then I would have lost consciousness from it.

What emotions did you feel during the experience?            Completely new emotion hard to describe but definitely freaked out and scared

Did you hear any unusual sounds or noises?           no

LOCATION DESCRIPTION:  Did you recognize any familiar locations or any locations from familiar religious teachings or encounter any locations inhabited by incredible or amazing creatures?            Uncertain      I was too focused on my body the only thing i saw around the part that was separating was like an electrical yellow current

Did you see a light?           Yes     yellow uneven line lights around my new legs

Did you meet or see any other beings?           No      

Did you experiment while out of the body or in another, altered state? Uncertain     

i just wanted to go back to my paralyzed body and make it move again

Did you observe or hear anything regarding people or events during your experience that could be verified later?          No      

Did you notice how your 5 senses were working, and if so, how were they different?          Uncertain            vision, and mostly sensorial/tactile senses were present
