I have had other brief ones where I felt myself trying to get on the floor get out of bed and again I looked transparent.  I remember something sort of like an OBE,  feeling as if something was lifting me up and all of a sudden the transparent part of me was on the floor face down.  I was feeling my arms moving trying to comb my hair with my left arm and I am really left handed too!  Then I woke up. 

I have another OBE whereas I thought I was awake but as soon as I realized that I wasn't was when I sensed i am about to wake up.  Then it almost seemed like the transparent me was trying to fit back into my body like a puzzle piece into a puzzle and as it was fitting in I was awakening more and more, I saw more color but while I was fitting in everything looked like it was floating.

Those are the ones I can remember.

What was your level of consciousness and alertness during the experience?           I was very alert during these experiences, that is how I know it was not just a dream.  Dreams are usually foggy, you don't usually remember details.  I remember almost all details, and I actually saw my spirit try to fit back into my body like a puzzle trying to fit into a puzzle piece and knowing that I will not wake up until my spirit is back in my body.  as far as my consciousness I was not sure.  I knew that these were not dreams, I can now tell the difference and that's what frightened me, a dream you can ignore but not an experience like these it made me want to try and find out why are these things happening to me.

            Was the experience dream like in any way?   in the beginning when I first started having these experiences I thought "well maybe I was just dreaming" but I know it was more than that. This was real . In my first experience my spirit left my body and encountered my ex boyfriends spirit with I saw lewdness (he was naked )and I saw evil he was smiling but it was like an evil smile. I think we talked but I don't remember what we said to each other.

Did you experience a separation of your consciousness from your body?     Yes

During the first experience when my spirit left my body and I saw my ex boyfriends lewd spirit I don't remember looking any different but on all the other occasions when I had an OBE I remember looking transparent like you can see threw me like I was a ghost, that is why I think it frightened me I thought maybe my soul is venturing out of my body because possibly I died in my sleep.

What emotions did you feel during the experience?            Most of the OBE's that I have experience I was always alone trying to get up out of the bed and lay on the floor, or get up and walk a few steps , or the time I saw my ex boyfriends spirit. So there were no emotions at all but the last experience when during an OBE my transparent self laying on the floor trying to comb my hair I remember waking up with my heart beating really fast.

Did you hear any unusual sounds or noises?           no, none, but I remember one night when I had an OBE I went to bed with a slight toothache and during the OBE the transparent still felt the pain, I remember that.

the only experience I had where I was not at home was the first one where I actually saw my ex boyfriends spirit I think I might have ventured to his house.

Did you meet or see any other beings?           Yes

yes during the first OBE, I actually saw my ex boyfriends spirit.  I think I was at his apartment.  it was like I walked down a dark hallway and he walked towards me we saw each others spirits face to face he was nude, he had a evil smile on his face we actually talked briefly in waking life we could not talked without tensions but our spirits talked peacefully, but even though I don't remember what the conversation was I remember thinking I was talking to an evil spirit, lewd, evil but I did not feel he would try to hurt me. I did not feel comfortable talking to him either.

Did you experiment while out of the body or in another, altered state? Yes

Yes as I mentioned above I visited my ex boyfriend's house and came face to face with his spirit which to me shed some light on his character, his spirit was lewd, evil like a demon even though he did not try to hurt me I did not feel totally safe around him, it was like swimming in a lake and all of a sudden you see a shark at a far distance you  know you can get away from the shark because he is at a distance but the fact that his presence is there scares you.

Did you observe or hear anything regarding people or events during your experience that could be verified later?          No

Did you notice how your 5 senses were working, and if so, how were they different?          Yes

I could see, I could hear , I could listening I don't know if I could smell, but I think other senses because more sensitive during that time, as I mentioned I saw an evil spirit in my ex boyfriend. I actually could see it.

Did you have any sense of altered space or time?   No

Did you have a sense of knowing, special knowledge, universal order and/or purpose?    No

Did you become aware of future events?       No

Were you involved in or aware of a decision regarding your return to the body?       Yes

the last experience I remember sensing it was time to come back to my body, like I cannot wake up without doing so, it is interesting every time I had an OBE when my spirit came back to my body I woke up suddenly I didn't stay sleep.

Did you have any psychic, paranormal or other special gifts following the experience that you did not have prior to the experience?         Yes

yes it seems as if I can sense people spirits . I am really sensitive to that, let me give you some examples , I was washing clothes at my neighborhood laundry mat and I felt a strife, chaotic presence there I cannot explain it I just felt it. then about 15 minutes later about 4 teenage punks stormed in there and attack one of people there washing clothes, also if I am around someone who is depressed they don't even have to talk to me or even look at me I will just pick up on there spirit and I will feel that depression and I will just started crying I am a bus driver so I deal with people all day one day I had a bus load of people on my bus someone was depressed I felt it I all of a sudden started feeling that energy and there was a guy sitting all the way in the back one of last to get off the bus I stopped him before he got off because I sensed it was him, I asked him "Are you OK , do you suffer from depression?" He said actually miss things in my life are not going well, and I am almost at the end of hope, I have been contemplating suicide. I told him I felt it, that is why I asked.

Did you have any changes of attitudes or beliefs following the experience?   Yes

yes I have always believed in GOD, because I was taught my whole life to , but now I believe it because these experiences are something other worldly I know there has to be a higher power, and I am trying to understand if there is something God is trying to tell me , because my experiences are unusual.

How has the experience affected your relationships? Daily life? Religious practices? Career choices?       I am more sensitive to people spirits now, and I am more careful of the people I choose to associate with because I can sense things better now than ever before,

yes I have shared my experiences with people who I felt can help me understand this more.  Hardly anyone understands this, most of the people I shared my story with thought that maybe I am involved in the occult in some way or witchcraft.  they feel why are these unexplainable things happening to you?  I am not involved in any occult or witchcraft , and I didn't ask for these things to happen to me it just happened, but a few people I spoke to shared with me that they too have had unexplainable things happen to them but kept it to themselves out of fear that people will think there were into black magic or something to do with the occult. They were happy to speak with someone else that have had unexplainable experiences.

What was the best and worst part of your experience?      there is no best part , the worst part was seeing my ex boyfriend' spirit I saw a lewdness and evil.

Is there anything else you would like to add concerning the experience?        Yes I still don't quite understand why this has happening to me. but I feel in time it will be revealed.
