Experience description:

I  received a telephone call from the lady who rents my house,  while on the telephone, I felt myself come up out of my body and I seemed to float in the air and sort of arrived at my house.  I was actually looking into my house through the wall, and could actually see my tenant and her daughter sitting down on the sofa, and I was able to tell her this.  However I could also see a little girl, (whom me and my husband had always joked of that we had a ghost in the house.). I had never been able to confirm it but for some reason always suspected it and  could feel her round me, but I felt at peace. I am not physic by any means but I used to feel her around.  Anyway, on this occasion, she was sitting the floor and she disappeared, I recall myself floating up into the room above my living room and into my other rooms upstairs but she appeared to have vanished.  The next thing I felt myself getting drawn back to my current flat at some speed, and having a jolt back into the chair I was sitting in as the  phone rang. I felt a heavy weight above my head, and all of a sudden this  whoosh!!  sort of flew out of the door beside me, and I now feel at peace. at peace.  I firmly believe that I have helped pass this child over, and it was her that bought me to my house that day. she was looking for my help.  non the say my tenant made a quick departure after that incident. and I have never experienced it again.

Any associated medications or substances with the potential to affect the experience?     No      

Was the kind of experience difficult to express in words? Yes     I was wide awake,  and having a conversation on the telephone at the time.

At the time of this experience, was there an associated life threatening event?          No      

What was your level of consciousness and alertness during the experience?           I was wide awake, not long in from work sitting down ready to watch the television.

            Was the experience dream like in any way?   I cannot answer that. I ask myself that question every day!!!

Did you experience a separation of your consciousness from your body?     Yes     well I seemed to be weightless, and all I saw was my head, it was like I was wearing a long floaty dress and had a big head.

What emotions did you feel during the experience?            confusion, I did not know what was happening,  but I felt a strong calm after she had chosen me to help pass her over.  I feel that she missed me.  I know this sounds strange, but  I seriously feel she wanted me back n that house.

Did you hear any unusual sounds or noises?           yes,  I felt like a angel,  everything went quiet while this was happening, and some unusual noise angelic maybe was present.

LOCATION DESCRIPTION:  Did you recognize any familiar locations or any locations from familiar religious teachings or encounter any locations inhabited by incredible or amazing creatures?            Uncertain      I felt I was in heaven, I was up in the sky and it was bright, light a warm sunny day, lovely clouds,  but it was actually about 7.30 pm is in the evening.

Did you see a light?           Uncertain     

Did you meet or see any other beings?           Yes     I seen 2 living beings in the front room of my house.  which is at least 40 miles away.  I spoke to my tenant on the telephone as was able to tell her where she was in the house and her daughter as I was looking through the wall.

Did you experiment while out of the body or in another, altered state? No      

Did you observe or hear anything regarding people or events during your experience that could be verified later?          Yes     my tenant rang me because she has felt something jump on her back, she thought it was her kids, but there was no one there. she rang me a little worried as it obviously scared her and asked me if I had ever experience anything.  I guess she must have thought she had a ghost or something.  I had never told her that I had the same suspicions. because I thought people would think I was mad. anyway, this little girl had never frightened me in this way,  I could just feel her around me,  sometimes when I was in my kitchen or bedroom etc,  was able to sense her there.

Were you involved in or aware of a decision regarding your return to the body?       No      

Did you have any psychic, paranormal or other special gifts following the experience that you did not have prior to the experience?   Yes     I can feel visitors, but cannot see them.  recently I can feel angels.  however I think I have always had some form of psychic something cannot explain

Did you have any changes of attitudes or beliefs following the experience?   Yes     I firmly believe in after-life.

How has the experience affected your relationships? Daily life? Religious practices? Career choices?       it has not.

Has your life changed specifically as a result of your experience?         Yes    

Have you shared this experience with others?         Yes     told a few friends,  but believe they think im mad.

What emotions did you experience following your experience?  confusion, what just happened - was my first thought.  did this really happen.  those sort of things went through my mind and still does.

What was the best and worst part of your experience?      I believe the best part was that I was able to help.  well I think  was.

Is there anything else you would like to add concerning the experience?        yes, I would really hope someone can explain to me what it was. as I looked up out of body experiences and mine n certainly not the normal experience. and I certainly didn't chose the experience
