Experience description:
I didn't know it was
OBE until I stumble upon the internet. I've been having sleep paralysis a lot
since I was 11, until now. Although it is not often as it was. But in the middle
of SP waves, which was very frightening and there were variety of encounters
with the so called "un-earthly beings". Since the first sleep paralysis, I
didn't know that I was actually in an OBE state, all I knew my body was super
light and I was flying around the house, to the street , I seriously thought it
was a dream. Until at a point it happened not just once. And it was just
yesterday, OBE happened again, this is the first OBE I have since I got into
Singapore. But I kind of fail at this one, once I'm out,, something, like a real
human hand pulled me out of the bed, it dragged me (this is the second time it
happened : the first time was when I was still in Indonesia) but then I hold
on, and I realize that I wasn't out yet. IM still in my body, I'm totally
conscious at the time, totally. Although my body seems to be sleeping. Then I
tried to getting out from my body, which was a total failure, my whole body was
out, and I was able to think of a place, and finally be in there, but then I
can't detached myself, from my physical head, Its like I was blocked from
getting out although I knew I was out for just like one and a half minutes
because I was flying around to my neighbors room but then as soon as I knew I
was back to my body, or I was just scared something will take over my body while
I was out. and again, I was trying to get out for the second time, when
suddenly a heavy kind of vibration , vibrated all over my body. It was like a
small electric shock, but remain like that for 2 minutes., But then the "human
hands" were touching my legs ,crawled up into my body ,so I was terrified. A lot
of things happened in just one minute, or I'm not sure it was . The last thing I
remember that it was 3:30 am , but then the whole crazy things finished, and
finally I'm conscious psychically ,I looked into the clock , and it was 5:30.

medications or substances with the potential to affect the experience?
No
Was the kind of
experience difficult to express in words?
No
At the time of this
experience, was there an associated life threatening event?
No
What was your level of
consciousness and alertness during the experience?
in the middle?
Was the experience
dream like in any way?
nope, it was so real, I
could feel the lightness on my body.
Did you experience a
separation of your consciousness from your body?
Yes
I don't quite remember
since I didn't have time to look into the mirror.
What emotions did you
feel during the experience?
Mixed feelings.
Did you hear any
unusual sounds or noises?
yes, like
electricity noises. Sometimes whispering noises, or laughing noises.
Did you recognize any
familiar locations or any locations from familiar religious teachings or
encounter any locations inhabited by incredible or amazing creatures?
Uncertain
because there was
one time I was out from my body , and something guide me through the whole OBE .
She was real, but I don't remember her face.
Did you see a light?
No
Did you meet or see
any other beings?
Yes
I didn't. well sort of.
she is my friend, who happens to be out of this world, when the OBE happened,
all I knew I was flying around with her.
Did you experiment
while out of the body or in another, altered state?
Yes
but first I have to be certain of what I picture in my
mind, or else, I would just be lost in the middle of nowhere.
Did you observe or
hear anything regarding people or events during your experience that could be
verified later?
Uncertain
Last OBE, I saw my
neighbor sleeping. it was dark , and I remember all of the positions that she
had.
Did you notice how
your 5 senses were working, and if so, how were they different?
Yes
it is so much
more sharper.
Did you have any sense
of altered space or time?
No
Did you have a sense
of knowing, special knowledge, universal order and/or purpose?
Yes
that I'm not
crazy and this is all real.
Did you reach a
boundary or limiting physical structure?
No
Did you become aware
of future events?
Yes
not quiet accurate,
cause most of the time the brain predicted lots of things that me myself didn't
even know.
Were you involved in
or aware of a decision regarding your return to the body?
No
Did you have any
psychic, paranormal or other special gifts following the experience that you did
not have prior to the experience?
Yes I have that
since I was a kid, but don't know how to really use it.
Did you have any
changes of attitudes or beliefs following the experience?
Yes
I'm not a
Christian anymore, and I'm more loving towards human.
