Experience description:

On 28th April, I returned back from office, it was around 5:45. I opened the door, threw my purse on the table and lied down on the bed, as I had started feeling very exhausted and tired. I was wondering as why I was feeling so, while I had not done anything extra. I was feeling as if my BP was going low. I closed my eyes and started concentrating on my breathing and heartbeats.  Suddenly I felt as if a voice is saying death...and suddenly I felt as if something is struggling to detach itself from my body. My neck, spine and shoulders became stiff...It was dark and there was 'nothing', I went into 'nothing', and experienced darkness only, a nothingness....for few seconds. I heard as if a voice from inside is saying.... my name and ...die...die...and suddenly I regained consciousness and felt that stiffness in my spine, shoulder and neck...I consciously relaxed my self and I was feeling better. I was highly confused and didn't know what had happened. gradually I started feeling normal, I saw the time...it was 6.18..I got scared and thought of calling my friend, and telling him all this.

And after that I am feeling as if I have become more sensitive.

 Any associated medications or substances with the potential to affect the experience?     No      

Was the kind of experience difficult to express in words? Yes    

At the time of this experience, was there an associated life threatening event?          I was feeling very exhausted and tired, that is all. I don't feel like this ever.

What was your level of consciousness and alertness during the experience?           for few seconds I was into' nothingness', and while going thru I was feeling as if everything is happening at a very fast speed.

            Was the experience dream like in any way?   no.

 Did you experience a separation of your consciousness from your body?    I could feel that only for fraction of seconds, near my neck...

 What emotions did you feel during the experience?            it was nothing....no fear..

 Did you hear any unusual sounds or noises?           yes..i heard a voice coming from within, as if..

 LOCATION DESCRIPTION:  Did you recognize any familiar locations or any locations from familiar religious teachings or encounter any locations inhabited by incredible or amazing creatures?    No           

Did you see a light?           Uncertain      I felt as if there is a very big, circle having very few white splashes, moving ahead...

 Did you meet or see any other beings?           No      

Did you experiment while out of the body or in another, altered state? I felt as if something from my inside is struggling to come out ..I felt near the chest-neck region.

 Did you observe or hear anything regarding people or events during your experience that could be verified later?          No      

Did you notice how your 5 senses were working, and if so, how were they different?         it was normal, rather I was feeling very peaceful while experiencing this.

 Did you have any sense of altered space or time?   yes...it was 'nothingness; a sort of vacuum...

 Did you have a sense of knowing, special knowledge, universal order and/or purpose?    No      

Did you reach a boundary or limiting physical structure?             yes...as if I was getting up from my torso side.

 Did you become aware of future events?       No      

Were you involved in or aware of a decision regarding your return to the body?       No      

Did you have any psychic, paranormal or other special gifts following the experience that you did not have prior to the experience?   I have some ability, its natural, I have never learnt.

Did you have any changes of attitudes or beliefs following the experience?   Yes     clarity of thoughts to some extent.

 How has the experience affected your relationships? Daily life? Religious practices? Career choices?       I have started feeling more strong in my beliefs, whatever I have.

 Has your life changed specifically as a result of your experience?         I feel as if Im being given some signal for my future.

 Have you shared this experience with others?         Yes    

What emotions did you experience following your experience?        It was only peace.

 What was the best and worst part of your experience?      best was peace and worst. It ended in 30-40 seconds.

 Is there anything else you would like to add concerning the experience?        no.

 Following the experience, have you had any other events in your life, medications or substances which reproduced any part of the experience?         No

 Please offer any suggestions you may have to improve this questionnaire.    please ask if people see any color or feel the smell? as I had witnessed darkness; blackness of soot.
