The tingling and vibration kept moving up my body.  When it got to my chest I saw Light, it was very bright but not blinding.  The vibration and Light eventually moved over my head and I was enveloped by it.  I suddenly felt an immense knowing of Love; unconditional love.  I knew without a doubt that this Love had always been there and that I could not do anything to earn it or have it "abandon" me.  It was always there for me no matter what I did in my life or didn't do. It was complete acceptance. There was no such thing as right or wrong or good or bad. I also understood that this is the way it was for everyone!  

I then asked in my mind, so what are all these religions for (since this was a question I had been contemplating for some time)?  I understood that it didn't matter if I chose to be part of a religious organization or not.  These groups and beliefs existed for those that believed they needed it and if one day they didn't feel they needed this affiliation it was okay to move forward. 

After about 2 minutes the Light began to move down my body and it left the way it came in.  I was left deeply comforted (tears of joy and appreciation running down my cheeks) and I was forever changed in my understanding.  A level of fear about living life was removed due to this experience.

What emotions did you feel during the experience?            Complete Love and acceptance.

LOCATION DESCRIPTION:  Did you recognize any familiar locations or any locations from familiar religious teachings or encounter any locations inhabited by incredible or amazing creatures?    No      

Did you see a light?           Yes     The Light came with a vibration/sensation that I felt coming up my body.

Did you meet or see any other beings?           No      

Did you experiment while out of the body or in another, altered state? No      

Did you observe or hear anything regarding people or events during your experience that could be verified later?     No      

Did you notice how your 5 senses were working, and if so, how were they different?          No            Did you have any sense of altered space or time?   No      

Did you have a sense of knowing, special knowledge, universal order and/or purpose?    Yes            The knowing was more about not fearing to just live.  There is no such thing as right or wrong.

Did you reach a boundary or limiting physical structure?             No      

Did you become aware of future events?       No      

Did you have any psychic, paranormal or other special gifts following the experience that you did not have prior to the experience?            No      

Did you have any changes of attitudes or beliefs following the experience?   Yes     I could relax more and not feel so worried if I were doing things right or not.  I also didn't fear being part of the "wrong" religion and God not approving.

How has the experience affected your relationships? Daily life? Religious practices? Career choices?       The experience has allowed me to open myself to more possibilities and check myself on self-judgment or judging others.  Since I "know" that what we see here and experience is not all that there is, this has helped me tremendously in my practice with energy and Shamanic work.  I have developed a high level of "trust" with the Higher realms and just know that "magical" type of work can be done for myself and others.
