Experience description:

After a long day I was happy to retire to cozy bed for a good nights rest. I was alone my husband was on night shift. I was lying on my back covered up (on a cool night) and head resting on my pillow feeling myself falling asleep...then with my eyes closed half into a deep sleep I became alert to the loud sound of a screeching roller coaster. The wheels rattling and roaring sound you hear from a downward fall from a high hill on a wooden roller coaster. Then I lifted my head and looked at my body (with eyes still shut) and thought this is strange. Then I saw two views,  one of my clear blue arm and head rolling to the right out of my body. This view was from above. Then the other view was as I was rolling out my body seeing it from real-time,  in-motion...I noticed my body sleeping with slobber on the side of my mouth (mind you I drool when I am in a deep sleep)... then I find myself floating in the corner of my bedroom. I see my body on the bed realize that I'm not in that body and feel curious as to what is going on. I turn around face the top of my bedroom door and put my hand through the wall look back at my body and the next thing I remember was waking up thinking what in the world just happened.

* One thing to note that I found interesting was when I saw my clear blue arm and head roll out of my body I noticed I had the outline of a young man's muscular arm. I find it strange because I am a woman. Also the color of my body was a light blue see-through almost like if you look at a clear see-through light blue balloon.
