Experience description:

            I remember right from the point were I saw the mountains.  There were two of them, incredibly tall and smooth, completely covered with snow.  I looked down and around me and discovered that I was on rolling hills covered with perfect green, green grass. Everything was so bright and so clear.  I looked to the right and saw pine trees, looked down to my left and saw a depression in the land that I now believe is a lake.  I began to hear beautiful clear celestial music that reminds me of Celtic music.  It was the most beautiful thing I had ever heard, and it filled me with peace.  I looked around me and saw people dancing and stretching, moving in fantastic and graceful ways.  I moved closer to join them and saw that they were people I knew, although I cannot today remember who.  They made me feel warm loved and wanted.  i felt complete and sighed and laid down on the perfect grass to feel it, to kind of soak up the pure joy the place seemed to emanate.  I looked beyond the people and saw across a valley near the mountains a place I recognized.  I had been here before. I then became aware of someone next to me.  I sighed and remarked on the beauty, and then said "I know I have to go.  I felt myself retreating and woke up in my bed.  We had been on vacation and this vision I had came to me while I had been dreaming, although I knew I had been there before.  There may have been more of the vision.  I remember telling my mom about it and only thinking to say that it "Felt like heaven".  She shrugged it off and didn't take me seriously.

Was the kind of experience difficult to express in words? Yes     I don't remember all of it.

At what time during the experience were you at your highest level of consciousness and alertness?    when I was leaving.

How did your highest level of consciousness and alertness during the experience compare to your normal every day consciousness and alertness?    More consciousness and alertness than normal

If your highest level of consciousness and alertness during the experience was different from your normal every day consciousness and alertness, please explain:            I felt as if I were clean and could understand everything thrown at me.

Did your vision differ in any way from your normal, everyday vision (in any aspect, such as clarity, field of vision, colors, brightness, depth perception degree of solidness/transparency of objects, etc.)?  Yes     The colors were vivid and perfect unlike any I had seen before, especially the green.

Did your hearing differ in any way from your normal, everyday hearing (in any aspect, such as clarity, ability to recognize source of sound, pitch, loudness, etc.)?
            Yes     The music I heard was so full I know I could not have heard it with normal hearing.

Did you experience a separation of your consciousness from your body?     Uncertain

Did you pass into or through a tunnel or enclosure?          Uncertain      I don't remember the beginning.

Did you see a light?           Uncertain      The place was unusually bright, although I saw no sun.

Did you meet or see any other beings?           Yes     Next to me.  I think it may have been Jesus, but I will never be sure.  The beings dancing were people I knew, not sure who.

Did you experience a review of past events in your life?    Uncertain      Could have been in the beginning.

Did you observe or hear anything regarding people or events during your experience that could be verified later?          No      

Did you see or visit any beautiful or otherwise distinctive locations, levels or dimensions?           Yes            The whole place was just amazing and otherworldly.  The feeling it gave was impossible to duplicate.

Did you have any sense of altered space or time?   No      

Did you have a sense of knowing special knowledge, universal order and/or purpose?     Yes            Cant remember... I have always been a deep thinker.

Did you reach a boundary or limiting physical structure? No

Did you have any psychic, paranormal or other special gifts following the experience you did not have prior to the experience?     Uncertain      I have had psychic gifts before, but my senses seem to have sharpened.

Have you shared this experience with others?         Yes     A couple of hours.  My mom Laughed It Off.  It kind of hurt and I wasn't sure I would tell anyone else.

Did you have any knowledge of near death experience (NDE) prior to your experience?    Uncertain            Very limited, knew what it was but hadn't looked into it at all, it did not effect my experience

How did you view the reality of your experience shortly (days to weeks) after it happened:            Experience was definitely real    I was real.  I could feel it and am not sure how to describe this.  I have "dream visions"  and they are very clear, just like this.

Have your religious beliefs/practices changed specifically as a result of your experience?            Yes            I still go to the same church but before I did not understand why I could accept some of the things said.  Now I understand better.

Following the experience, have you had any other events in your life, medications or substances which reproduced any part of the experience?         No      

Is there anything else you would like to add concerning the experience?          I have psychic abilities.  I need to develop them, and I would like feedback.  I also need help remembering all of my vision, something's missing.
