Experience description:   

I was about 12/13 years old, when after going to bed one night, which I shared with my brother, I floated out of my body during the early hours of the morning.

I found this very strange and unable to do anything about it.I looked down upon myself sleeping and my brother in the next bed.The room was dark and I headed towards the window for some reason. I was scared as i thought it was going to smash but it didn't and I went right through it as though it wasn't there. I emerged the other side into a sight that was not the usual view from my bedroom window !

The view was bright, nothing but white bright light, it didn't hurt my eyes but felt it would, if it had shone on me 'normally'.

After a while i came across my mother's mum, who had passed away a few years earlier. she looked beautiful. she told me I shouldn't be here, it wasn't my time yet and I had to go back as there was things I had to do yet.I told her I wanted to stay, but she was firm and said I must go back.I was overwhelmed by the feeling of peace and love whilst I was there and did not want to come back, but I did.I was not forced or felt pushed to return but gently eased back into my body.

I awoke with a new life, an understanding and inner peace which has never gone away from me.I felt knowledgable about things, I knew God ! and what awaits us all.

I felt it was my spiritual being and I had returned to where I came from, home,

God's care, if you like. I know this was no dream, you forget your dreams, this was real, a glimpse by mistake into my future,my destiny.

hard to describe, light in weight but can't remember appearance

LOCATION DESCRIPTION:  Did you recognize any familiar locations or any locations from familiar religious teachings or encounter any locations inhabited by incredible or amazing creatures?    No

Did you see a light?           Yes

bright, white, but did not hurt to look at, there was a brighter light i felt was the one, God.

Did you meet or see any other beings?           Yes

my grandmother who was deceased at the time. she was in white dress/clothes, sofly spoken and perfect

Did you experiment while out of the body or in another, altered state? NoDid you observe or hear anything regarding people or events during your experience that could be verified later? No

Did you notice how your 5 senses were working, and if so, how were they different?          No

Did you have any sense of altered space or time?   No

Did you have a sense of knowing, special knowledge, universal order and/or purpose?    Yes

I now know what is on the other side, what greets us when we die, dying is not the end but the beginning to and the return to our natural state

Were you involved in or aware of a decision regarding your return to the body?       Yes

I was told it was not my time and I must return, It was not my time and i had things to do with my life

Did you have any psychic, paranormal or other special gifts following the experience that you did not have prior to the experience?         Yes

a sense of people touching me, not all the time but have sensed it a few times.

also the feeling of having been somewhere or seen that person before,

Did you have any changes of attitudes or beliefs following the experience?   Yes

totally believe in life after life....  i am at rest with God and his knowledge in his love for us all
