Hello My name is Jessica.

My experiences have became so strong since about a year ago in June 2002.  These occurrences happen mostly when I dream but also when I just laid down to relax fully awake but just with my eyes closed relaxing- seeing a series of various visions one jumping to the next, but those visions seem to be of other people's memories. However, every time I'm about to go to bed, I start remembering my past dreams (usually what I dreamed the night before) but there's been times when my past dreams come in continuously- one dream after another - that I'm able to tell my sister who I sleep with everything that comes to mind until I eventually fall asleep.

Please, I would like to tell you all - there have been so much more intense experiences.  Recently I fell asleep on the living couch face down.  I became conscious when I started to feel pressure on my upper body as if something was trying to suffocate me against the pillow.  Feeling paralyzed, I started to panic and forced myself to call out for my roommate so he can wake me up.  All the while, I was aware of my physical body laying down, my OOBE spirit body, and my astral perception viewing from the right upper corner of the room-all at the same time.  My spirit body was sitting up on/through my physical body on the couch. With my spirit body's eyes wide open, I saw my roommate walking from his room towards me.  As he woke me up, I intensely felt the last impression of my spirit body's eyes wide open seeing all this in astonishment. What was most amazing was my conscious awareness from all 3 perceptions. 

Last night I had a dream where I was aware of my surroundings in bed (again), but couldn't wake up.  There was a dark shadowy presence over me feeling all up on me - trying to rape me or something.  I was telling him to let me go...He  was holding down/restraining me and told me that he loves me, wants me, & won't let me go.  Repeatedly trying to waking up and I called out for my roommate-Josh ...but he didn't come/hear me.  I got tough like i do to get my way, and found myself almost fully waking up, but being sucked/drawn back in to sleep.  Until I felt myself awake, but wanting control and to face who/why/what it was in astral plane mode, I felt my astral body ascending with some hesitation, but just went into a dream.

Was the kind of experience difficult to express in words? No

At the time of this experience, was there an associated life threatening event?          No

What was your level of consciousness and alertness during the experience?           Totally conscious and alert

            Was the experience dream like in any way?   No, it was real like.

Did you experience a separation of your consciousness from your body?     Yes

Spirit/ghost like image replicating my physical body.

And my bodiless consciousness viewing from the upper corner of the room

What emotions did you feel during the experience?            I felt like if it was normal and real to experience however I panicked when I felt I was being suffocated and not being able to fight it off.

Did you hear any unusual sounds or noises?           No

 LOCATION DESCRIPTION:  Did you recognize any familiar locations or any locations from familiar religious teachings or encounter any locations inhabited by incredible or amazing creatures?    Yes

The room I was sleeping in and being able to see the happenings as I was viewing it consciously/physically awake.

Did you see a light?           No

Did you meet or see any other beings?           No

Did you experiment while out of the body or in another, altered state? No

Did you observe or hear anything regarding people or events during your experience that could be verified later? Yes

Did you notice how your 5 senses were working, and if so, how were they different?          Yes

From all 3 selves/perceptions at the same time.

Did you have any sense of altered space or time?   Yes

 Altered space-as if I was in the twilight zone.

Did you have a sense of knowing, special knowledge, universal order and/or purpose?    Yes

 Knowing/feeling that this was universally Normal.

Were you involved in or aware of a decision regarding your return to the body?       Yes

Did you have any psychic, paranormal or other special gifts following the experience that you did not have prior to the experience?         Yes

 spontaneous clairvoyance on personal relationships to what the other person did.

Did you have any changes of attitudes or beliefs following the experience?   Yes

That death is not the end to our existence

What emotions did you experience following your experience?  I felt good knowing I am able to have this gift.

What was the best and worst part of your experience?      Best is that it happened worst is that I did not go with it to find out more of what it is capable of.
