Experience description:

I was very upset, my husband and I were fighting and he said he was moving out and he left.  Later I went and got some take-out Italian food and when I got home I had locked myself out of the house and had to crawl in a bedroom window to get in.  I was very tired and I laid down on the couch to rest awhile. I was on my back with a light quilt over me and I fell asleep.  I had several dreams in which I thought I had woke up and I was really in another dream.  I don't remember how many times this happened.

Then I really did wake up and I did not move any or open my eyes.  I was telling myself to check out my environment in the dreams and if something wasn't the way it was supposed to be then I would be able to tell if I was dreaming.

As I was doing this I felt myself float up about a couple of feet from where I was laying.  I said to myself "Hey, this is cool!" and then I kind of wobbled or rolled from side to side, but something or someone seemed to be holding my left foot down.  I sat up and reached down with both hands and pulled my foot and leg up along side the right one.

Everything thing was black around me and I was afraid if I didn't do something quick that I would end up back on the couch.  I don't know why, but I remember asking God to release me, either back into my body or completely out of it.  Then I saw a very small bright light, the color of the sun, straight ahead and a little bit to the right. I just realized that where I was headed.  Then I felt myself myself moving very fast towards the light, I started getting really dizzy and it was more than I could take.  I don't remember anything after that except for waking up on the couch.
