Experience description:

I woke up after having a dream at or about 3:00am in the morning.  I went to go to the living room to meditate and pray.  As I was praying I asked God to reveal to me what he would like me to do because I wanted to be one of his disciples.  I continued to pray and read psalms.  As I went to go back to my room euphoria engulfed me. I felt the purest form and highest degree of an elevated love that I have never felt before.  I didn't even know that our bodies are capable of reaching such an exhilarating level. While I was feeling such joy I heard a very clear audible voice in my ear and it said "you have to tell people the good news that life goes on after death." This experience comes to me with absolute certainty and I can confidently say that the feeling I felt was not an earthly one but I can only surmise that it came from somewhere or something beyond my comprehension. I believe this personal experience sheds some light on people who have actually had NDE to validate that their experience is very real and it is not some chemical mix-up that some may say that develops in our brains, but it is real, and life after death surely exists.  My experience can only confirm that these testimonies are true, I certainly know that they are.

Was the kind of experience difficult to express in words? Yes     Being filled with such a high degree of euphoria was unexplainable because I don't believe anyone has ever felt such an elevated level or it is not very common.  It was a loving forgiving and pure form of love that is difficult to describe unless you personally experience it.

At the time of this experience, was there an associated life threatening event?          No      

At what time during the experience were you at your highest level of consciousness and alertness?    The entire time of the experience.

How did your highest level of consciousness and alertness during the experience compare to your normal every day consciousness and alertness?    More consciousness and alertness than normal

Did your vision differ in any way from your normal, everyday vision (in any aspect, such as clarity, field of vision, colors, brightness, depth perception degree of solidness/transparency of objects, etc.)?  No      

Did your hearing differ in any way from your normal, everyday hearing (in any aspect, such as clarity, ability to recognize source of sound, pitch, loudness, etc.)?
            Yes     I never felt an actual audible voice in my ear when no one was present and speaking.  It was a very clear, vivid, actual voice with clarity.

Did you experience a separation of your consciousness from your body?     Yes

What emotions did you feel during the experience?            Purest, highest, most potent form of love and joy.

Did you see or visit any beautiful or otherwise distinctive locations, levels or dimensions?            Yes     High degree of level of the emotion of love.

Did you have any sense of altered space or time?   No      

Did you have a sense of knowing special knowledge, universal order and/or purpose?     Yes            what I have learned from this experience is that the greatest gift we can give does not come in small pretty packages, big homes, or fancy cars.  The secret to life is to love. I also know with absolute certainty that life goes on after death.

Did you reach a boundary or limiting physical structure? No      

Did you become aware of future events?       No           

Did you have any psychic, paranormal or other special gifts following the experience you did not have prior to the experience?     Yes     Senses heightened with ability to discern the truth in a person or if they are lying.  The ability to feel peoples emotions.

Have you shared this experience with others?         Yes     Shared the very next day.  The people I told were influenced by my experience because they know that I would not fabricate something like that.  They know that I am a sincere genuine person.

Did you have any knowledge of near death experience (NDE) prior to your experience?    No      

How did you view the reality of your experience shortly (days to weeks) after it happened:            Experience was definitely real    The experience I had was concrete to me and came with absolute certainty.  It is one I will never ever forget and it has changed my life forever.

Were there one or several parts of the experience especially meaningful or significant to you?   

How do you currently view the reality of your experience:            Experience was definitely real    My experience could not become and real to me that it already is.  I know what I experienced was true, I don't care if anyone believes me or not.  I have absolutely nothing to gain from it but to only share the good news with people who have lost someone that they have loved and comfort them with assurance that they are very much okay.

Have your relationships changed specifically as a result of your experience?           Yes     I have changed, therefore, my relationships have changed.

Have your religious beliefs/practices changed specifically as a result of your experience?            Yes     I believe that we are all one, regardless of religion, we are all children of God and the greatest of greatest gifts is to love one another.

Following the experience, have you had any other events in your life, medications or substances which reproduced any part of the experience?         No      

Is there anything else you would like to add concerning the experience?        I believe my experience sheds light and brings validity to people who have actually had NDE, especially since I have not had one.  Therefore, my experience is of value because I am verifying the good news that life goes on after death.
