Experience description:
I had an ordinary day. It was one
of the coldest days Florida has experienced and I spent my day indoors with my
family. We went to sleep as usual and nothing different happen before falling
asleep. The morning is when everything changed. I had a vision which came through
my mind as though someone was telling me what was happening and then I viewed it
from what they were describing. I guess one could say telepathically but then it
became more like a live movie in my mind. I heard a loud bang and woke up
screaming the neighbors house is on fire. I told my husband we have to get them
up and get them out of there. He said ok and it was very early in the morning.
We banged on their door for what seemed like forever. They finally answered the
door and I told them to get their babies and get out their place was on fire.
They went to the children's room and then checked their entire home and told me
there wasn't a fire. I told them I was sorry for waking them and my husband told
them I just had a dream their home was on fire. We went back to our home which
is a townhome connected to the neighbor whose house I thought was on fire.
I was upset most of the day
afterward. I told my husband that I saw their home on fire and that the fire
started in the kids room from a lamp right beside the crib. He thought it was
odd because I have never seen the kids room but he had and he new I described it
to a tee. Around 4 pm I heard a loud bang again and the power went out. Our
neighbors called to ask if we had power and we told them no. It was around 6pm
and our neighbors stopped by to tell us they were going to their families home
until the power came back on because they had an infant and a toddler and it was
to cold to stay there with the children. They said they would call later to see
if the power came back on and we said no problem take care. Well it was 11pm now
and we headed off to bed. We were woke up shortly after by our neighbors. They
came home because they heard the power was back on. However, they were banging
on our door for help because their place was on fire. My husband ran next door
to help our neighbor try and get his pet cats out but it was too late. The cats
died from smoke inhalation. The family was crying because they had lost
everything. The fire department told them the fire started in the kids room from
a lamp by the child's crib. They said when the power came back on the lamp must
have been on it received a surge through it which caused the fire.
I was completely in shock. The
fire department said thank God your neighbors came home because the fire had
reached over the firewall and we may not have got out. I don't know why I had
this vision but it certainly was not my last. I became extremely anxious about
my dreams but the older I got I could recognize what ones had potential to be
true and what ones didn't . Did you have any psychic,
paranormal or other special gifts following the experience that you did not have
prior to the experience?
Yes I had several more dreams become
reality

Lightly sleeping

Yes

What emotions did
you feel during the experience?
All the emotions I felt when I actually experienced it. I
felt as though it was happening right at that moment.

A loud bang

local fire department and my husband as well as the neighbors

100% accurate but happen 12 hrs later instead of immediately

Yes I tried to protect my family from
everything and control our life and environment. I developed anxiety from the
experience.
How has the
experience affected your relationships? Daily life? Religious practices? Career
choices? Some of them
made me feel safe and others made me feel I had no control or I was guilty for
not acting on the information

Yes

Yes They just said it was coincidence but my husband he
believes me because he was part of it

you experience following your experience?
Fear of sleeping just in case it happen again
What was the best
and worst part of your experience?
The best part was no one was hurt the worst part is the
fear of it happening again
