Experience description:

I had read about how to induce OBE online and decided to try it. I went to a site that had a circle picture that you are suppose to stare at. I did for at least an hour and then nothing happened and I put it down. I still wanted to have an OBE so I laid there trying to put my body to sleep and I felt pressure on top of me. I opened my eyes but could feel my eyes weren't open as I looked down at myself. I was frightened yet knew somehow that I would only be able to prove it if I did something in my state. I placed my hand on my stomach and my throat and felt as if my body was split. I could open my real eyes if I wanted, yet felt I could stay like I was as well. My closet doors were mirrors (for real) and I glanced at them. as I did, there appeared to be a man beside me. he was young looking. around 16-20 brown hair Caucasian and was between 5'9 and 6'feet tall short hair. That scared me so I was afraid to open my eyes. When I finally did I turned on the light beside me and saw that the mark where I had put my astral body on my stomach and neck was there. Then I went and laid by my parents' bed. I woke there, too.

What was your level of consciousness and alertness during the experience?           very conscious I even tried changing things around me. (didn't work)

clearer but the same as when I went to bed

Did you hear any unusual sounds or noises?           no just my fan that was blowing anyway

in my mirror when I looked there was a man beside me, i didn't recognize him and he only waved at me.

I put pressure upon myself, which I have a down comforter so it shows up well and there were hand prints I made while out of body

I could also see the blackness of my eyes being closed and being able to open them

only for a little while. a voice would tell me to get ready and I would and it would tell me to answer the phone in like 2 min and my parents where gonna take me to dinner. This was strange because I thought they were at the park or something and it had been 2 min later... Now it is gone
