They're mainly out of body experiences, sometimes spontaneous, other times
induced, most times unconscious during the event. The most impressive one was
while I was very tired talking on the phone, and all of a sudden I was
describing on the phone what I was observing outside from my bedroom window, but
I was half sat on my bed meters away from the window. When I "returned"
consciously on the phone, I just mentioned impressed by the event: "Hey! I'm not
there!"
Any associated medications or substances with the potential to affect the experience: Yes
Explanation: During teenage I've noticed that psychotropic substances potentialized the experiences

At the time of the experience, was there an associated life threatening event? No
What was your level of consciousness and alertness during the experience? half conscious on this one
Was the experience dream like in any way? In a way, due to some lack of consciousness
Did you experience a separation of consciousness from your body? Yes
Describe your appearance or form apart from your body: I observed from so many spontaneous and induced experiences that the self reference is invariant to whether there's separation or not from the body
What emotions did you feel during the experience? Nothing special
Did you hear any unusual sounds or noises? Sometimes, which I've observed, depends on a vibration level somebody is tuned to.
Did you meet or see any other beings? Yes
Describe:
Sometimes I've met people I new really well during the experiences, but when I
got back, those people didn't remind me of anybody in flesh and bones

review of past events in your life?
Yes
Describe: I've seen past lives in some experiences.
Did you observe or hear anything regarding people or events during your experience that could be verified later? Yes
Describe: I once found out through a vision that a woman I liked years ago was interest in someone else, and he was exactly whom I had seen in the vision. In another occasion I had a vision of a friend telling me, he was dropping out of college, and he never attended school since then.
Did you see or visit any beautiful or otherwise distinctive locations, levels or dimensions? Yes
Describe: Sometimes I've seen myself being dragged to what seemed to be higher dimensions because forms, vibrations, light, everything changed.
Did you have any sense of altered space or time? Yes
Describe: Sometimes a lot of time passes on the "other side" and just a few hours here.
Did you have a sense of knowing special knowledge, universal order and/or purpose? Yes
Describe: Usually my philosophical and scientific concern have led me to it. It was about quantum mechanics, one the most important.
Did you reach a boundary or limiting physical structure? No
Did you become aware of future events? Yes
Describe: I thought so but it wasn't verified yet.
Were you involved in or aware of a decision to return to the body? Yes
Describe: At the time I didn't have much experience I used to think it was hard to get back if I were to conscious.
Did you have any psychic, paranormal or other special gifts following the experience you did not have prior to the experience? Yes
Describe: Mainly visions.
Did you have any changes of attitudes or beliefs following the experience? Yes
Describe: Since I followed a scientific path I understood a lot of concepts that put any religious attitude into complete disbelief.
Has the experience affected your relationships? Daily life? Religious practices etc.? Career choices? I'm currently involved in psycho-physical research, and development of techniques for expanding abilities of the mind.
Have you shared this experience with others? Yes
Describe: They learned some techniques that me other fellows developed, with some efficiency and speed.
What emotions did you experience following your experience? I usually feel very great due to the accomplishment itself.
What was the best and worst part of your experience? The best part is progressive control of the experiences, and the worst was exploring a somewhat forbidden place and being threatened to get trapped, although I don't think that's possible.
Has your life changed specifically as a result of your experience? No
Describe: I've always had experiences, and liked them.

Explain: Actually, there's much more to it regarding details on how to induce the experiences, and a lot more could be said about a single experience. But I think there will be plenty of time to analyze the most important aspects involving them.
