Fannie G's Experience
I was sat at my desk at work, answering an email and getting on with my job, then I froze, felt a sense of being "spaced out" but was entirely conscious. Then I realised my body wasn't moving and yet I could turn my head and see my colleagues going about their jobs, they didn't notice anything. I had the sensation of floating, of not being connected to my body- then I was a bit frightened as the sensation seemed to last too long. Then I was back in my body, I felt like I was coming round as if I had passed out and was now waking up, but my body never slumped in my chair, I went back into myself and was sat in the same position as I had been when the experience started.
Then it happened all over again within the space of half an hour, the exact same sequence of events.
Afterward each experience I had the same feelings: I felt sick, light-headed, dizzy and scared.
