Experience description:

The first experience was 27 years ago.  I had been raped by a stranger in my home in the middle of the night with my children sleeping in their beds.  It was a very horrible time in my life and I lived with fear and terror.  I couldn't do anything without someone being with me.  I had to move in with my parents because the home that I was raped in was too painful to go in.  I had such anxiety that I just stayed home all the time.  One day I did go out by myself to talk to a priest. He just listened to me and helped me to see that I could heal.  On my way home I was still filled with terror when I looked out my car window.  Out my window I saw a Light that was so bright and beautiful.  As soon as I saw the Light my fear and terror went away.  I felt like a new person.  The Light them disappeared and so did my fear.  I drove to my home that I had been raped in and went inside.  There was no more fear.  I had been healed by the Light. 

The second light experience I had was five years ago.  I had been diagnosed with skin cancer on my chest.  The doctor said he was going to have to remove it.  A week before the appointment to have it removed I went to work out at my fitness facility.  When I looked at the people on the machines I saw Light in their stomachs.  Each one of the people was lit up with this bright Light.  The next day I was sitting in my chair in the living room when all of a sudden I realized who I truly am.  I saw that I was really God.  I know that sounds strange but I saw that I was whole and perfect and that I didn't need or want anything at all.  I told my husband "I am that I am".  Again all my fear went away.  I saw that I only lived in the moment and that I was never born and that I will never die.  I was so happy.  I had such love for everyone and everything.  I still do to this day.  A week after this awakening I went to my doctors office and told him he didn't need to remove the cancer because it would go away on its own.  It did go away and I have never had any more skin cancer.

I wanted to tell my story because I'm hoping it will help people to know that the Light is real and that we can see it while we are still alive.  I did not have to have an out of body experience or a NDE to see the Light.  There is nothing to fear because Home is always with us, inside of us.  I know that I have Heaven here on earth and that I am being taken care of.  The message I would give to people is that we are all one and that we will always exist. The reason I am here on earth is to learn unconditional love and forgiveness.  I hope you can use my story.

 Any associated medications or substances with the potential to affect the experience? No     

Was the kind of experience difficult to express in words?          Yes    I had three experiences two were light experiences and one was hard to explain.  The third experience I realized that I was one with God that I was perfect, whole and that I didn't need or want anything in that understanding 

What was your level of consciousness and alertness during the experience?      totally aware

            Was the experience dream like in any way?  no it was more real than the life I had been living

 Did you experience a separation of your consciousness from your body?  No     

What emotions did you feel during the experience?         joy and happiness

 Did you hear any unusual sounds or noises?         no

 LOCATION DESCRIPTION:  Did you recognize any familiar locations or any locations from familiar religious teachings or encounter any locations inhabited by incredible or amazing creatures?   No     

Did you see a light?        Yes    I explained it on the previous page.  I saw light out my car window and then I saw light inside of people.

 Did you meet or see any other beings?         No     

Did you experiment while out of the body or in another, altered state?         No     

Did you observe or hear anything regarding people or events during your experience that could be verified later?         No         

Did you notice how your 5 senses were working, and if so, how were they different? Yes    I was very alert and clear.  I could see better that I have ever seen previously.

 Did you have any sense of altered space or time?  Yes    In my experience of my true nature I realized that there was no time or space.

 Did you have a sense of knowing, special knowledge, universal order and/or purpose?         Yes    I knew that I was my true nature which is spirit.

 Did you reach a boundary or limiting physical structure?           No     

Did you become aware of future events?      No     

Were you involved in or aware of a decision regarding your return to the body?          No     

Did you have any psychic, paranormal or other special gifts following the experience that you did not have prior to the experience?         Yes    I was healed of skin cancer and I believe that my strong belief in my experience of the Light caused the healing

 Did you have any changes of attitudes or beliefs following the experience? Yes    I became very happy and all my childhood beliefs about God and religion went away.

 How has the experience affected your relationships? Daily life? Religious practices? Career choices?   I have become more positive and loving and my job performance has improved.

 Has your life changed specifically as a result of your experience? Yes    I have changed completely because I am no longer afraid to live or die. I just allow life to happen.  I see that life is living me.

 Have you shared this experience with others?       Yes    Ive only told a few people such as my husband and he appears to believe me.

 What emotions did you experience following your experience? When my fear went away I was completely grateful and happy.

 What was the best and worst part of your experience?     The best part of my experiences are that I no longer have a fear of being hurt or dying.

 Is there anything else you would like to add concerning the experience? I believe I have shared all.  I believe that I can help others with my experiences.
