EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:

In the early morning I woke up (phase of awakening) and I was not in my body. I was surrounded by a very beautiful, bright, pulsating light. Around this light there were still other light colors. I perceived myself  like an ever expanding cloud. But...the light wasn't only surrounding me, I myself was also light. And this Love!!!! Everywhere there was love. I was love! In every little part of my being, was light and love. The words I'm writing here, cannot describe a fraction of what I experienced. There are no words, that can describe this situation. (Even now, while I'm writing this, I'm having goose bumps all over my body...) I was at Home in this moment! I had no questions anymore, everything was so clear! It was the absolute reality. It was a state of 'being'... I then thought for a short moment at my right hand, and felt that even that, (what wasn't really there anymore), was expanding further. How long this took, I can't say. Time was not there.

I then very consciously perceived  reentering my body. I was far too 'big' and there was a feeling of 'squeezing' that came up. It started to be so tight, edgy, confined. This was a very awful feeling. I thought I wouldn't get air anymore. Tasting, swallowing was very unpleasant, even disgusting!

I immediately got out of bed and at first didn't know where to go.... I wanted to go back!!! So very much go back!! I was again locked up in my body.

At the time of your experience was there an associated life-threatening event?   No 

Was the experience difficult to express in words?  Yes      How would you describe such a love? There are no words for this.

At what time during the experience were you at your highest level of consciousness and alertness?    In the light.

How did your highest level of consciousness and alertness during the experience compare to your normal everyday consciousness and alertness?      More consciousness and alertness than normal   It was so precise and clear. The veil was gone.

Please compare your vision during the experience to your everyday vision that you had immediately prior to the time of the experience.    I was in a state of 'being'. But I could think, like thinking at my hand which was ever expanding. The thought barely started, when I already felt this area.

Already for a long time I had the feeling, that we humans are more, than what we believe to be. A knowledge deep within myself. But my reason always caught me back.

Did you see or hear any earthly events that were occurring during a time that your consciousness / awareness was apart from your physical / earthly body?   No  

What emotions did you feel during the experience?    Indescribable love, happiness, security, I was at home.

Did you pass into or through a tunnel?   No  

Did you see an unearthly light?   Yes    A gorgeous, pulsating light. I was light also.

Did you seem to encounter a mystical being or presence, or hear an unidentifiable voice?   I encountered a definite being, or a voice clearly of mystical or unearthly origin
I had 2 experiences. In the second experience with light, a being of light partly detached from the light. In this moment an inconceivable love was flowing towards this being, and back to me at the same moment. It was so strong, that it was hard to bear. After that I saw people. Different people, unknown to me. At that moment I was loving every human being incredibly. It was so strong, that it put me down to my knees mentally. My killer could have been facing me, I would have loved him absolutely. I only had love in me.

Did you encounter or become aware of any beings who previously lived on earth who are described by name in religions (for example: Jesus, Muhammad, Buddha, etc.)?   Uncertain   I don't know who this figure of light was. It could have been a being similar to Jesus. Anyhow, there was pure love between me and him, and back.

Did you encounter or become aware of any deceased (or alive) beings?   No  

Did you become aware of past events in your life during your experience?   No  

Did you seem to enter some other, unearthly world?   A clearly mystical or unearthly realm
I can't describe that.

Did time seem to speed up or slow down?   Everything seemed to be happening at once; or time stopped or lost all meaning
I had no sense of time. Also time didn't exist. Everything happened at once.

Did you suddenly seem to understand everything?   Everything about the universe
All my questions were gone. Everything was clear and precise. Far more clear as in the waking state, in our 'reality'.

Did you reach a boundary or limiting physical structure?   No

Did you come to a border or point of no return?   No

Did scenes from the future come to you?  No 

During your experience, did you encounter any specific information / awareness suggesting that there either is (or is not) continued existence after earthly life (“life after death”)?   No  

During your experience, did you encounter any specific information / awareness that God or a supreme being either does (or does not) exist?   Yes   Yes, the light being, which my heart recognized. Not my spirit or mind, only my heart was jumping towards him, with indescribable intensity.

During your experience, did you encounter any specific information / awareness that you either did (or did not) exist prior to this lifetime?   No  

During your experience, did you encounter any specific information / awareness that a mystical universal connection or unity/oneness either does (or does not) exist?   Yes   Yes, the love towards the people that I saw. This love was so strong, here on earth I never felt anything similar. Not even a fraction of it. I had a feeling that we humans are very strongly connected together, and that we love each other deeply.

During your experience, did you encounter any specific information / awareness regarding earthly life’s meaning or purpose?   No  

During your experience, did you encounter any specific information / awareness regarding earthly life’s difficulties, challenges, or hardships?   No  

During your experience, did you encounter any specific information / awareness regarding love?   Yes   With both OBEs, love was the keyword. A love that I cannot describe, that is not existing here. So strong and all encompassing. We are pure love. That's what was communicated to me.

During your experience, did you encounter any other specific information / awareness that you have not shared in other questions that is relevant to living our earthly lives?   No  

Did you have a sense of knowing special knowledge or purpose?   No  

What occurred during your experience included:   Content that was entirely not consistent with the beliefs you had at the time of your experience   If anybody had told me about this before my own experiences, I wouldn't have believed it. Definitely not. I couldn't imagine OBEs. I was thinking this was a trick, happening in our brain.

How accurately do you remember the experience in comparison to other life events that occurred around the time of the experience?   I remember the experience more accurately than other life events that occurred around the time of the experience.  These experiences were so real, so true and distinct. I will never forget it. The most beautiful thing, I ever was allowed to experience.

Discuss any changes that might have occurred in your life after your experience:   There are many things that I see with different eyes. The love for people partly remained. I'm forgiving quickly, I'm not resentful anymore. I'm grateful and humble. I'm very happy, and happiness is coming from inside of myself. I'm also grateful that I can be here on earth, and infinitely happy, that I could have these experiences.

I'm praying to God.

I'm praying for people who do wrong. I realized that there is nothing bad that ever can happen to us. Yes, to our body, but not to our real self.

Have you ever shared this experience with others?   Yes  They didn't believe me.

It's almost impossible to tell anybody about what I experienced.

Did you have any knowledge of near death experience (NDE) prior to your experience?   No  

What did you believe about the reality of your experience shortly (days to weeks) after it happened:   Experience was definitely real    It was the most real thing I ever experienced.

Of course I often questioned myself, if this wasn't a dream or imagination. But I have never been more alert and clear, as during those moments.

But at first I pushed it away. I couldn't deal with it. I was immediately aware that it was real, but I couldn't grasp it.

What do you believe about the reality of your experience at the current time:   Experience was definitely real   See above.

Have your relationships changed specifically as a result of your experience?   No  

Have your religious beliefs/spiritual practices changed specifically as a result of your experience?   Yes    I believe in a creator.

At any time in your life, has anything ever reproduced any part of the experience?   Yes   I constantly have a beautiful, warm love in me.

Is there anything else that you would like to add about your experience?    It was the most beautiful and best thing that I got to experience.

Erfahrungsbeschreibung: 

Ich wurde am frühen Morgen wach ( Aufwachphase) und war nicht in meinem Körper. Ich war von einem wunderschönen, hellen, pulsierenden Licht umgeben. Um dieses Licht waren noch andere Lichtfarben. Ich selber habe mich wie eine sich immer weiter ausdehnende Wolke wahrgenommen. Aber....das Licht war nicht nur um mich, ich selber war auch Licht. Und diese Liebe!!!! Überall war Liebe. Ich war Liebe! In jedem Körnchen meines Zustands war Licht und Liebe. Die Worte, die ich hier schreibe, können das Erlebte nicht zum Bruchteil wieder geben. Es gibt keine Worte, die diese Situation beschreiben. (Jetzt gerade, wo ich es schreiben, habe ich am ganzen Körper Gänsehaut....) Ich war in diesem Moment Zuhause! Ich hatte keine Fragen mehr, alles war so klar! Es war die absolute Realität. Es war ein 'Seins' Zustand..ich habe dann kurz an meine rechte Hand gedacht und fühle wie auch die, die ja auch nicht mehr wirklich da war, weiter ausdehnte. Wie lange es dauerte, kann ich nicht sagen. Zeit war nicht da.

Ich habe dann auch ganz bewusst den Eintritt in meinem Körper wahrgenommen. Ich war viel zu 'groß' und ein Gefühl des 'rein pressen' entstand. Es wurde so eng, kantig, begrenzt. Das war ein ganz schreckliches Gefühl. Ich dachte keine Luft zu bekommen. Das Schmecken, Schlucken war sehr unangenehm, schon ekelig!

Ich bin sofort aus dem Bett raus und wusste erst mal nicht wohin....ich wollte zurück!!! So sehr zurück!! Ich war wieder in meinem Körper eingesperrt.

Gab es zur Zeit Ihrer Erfahrung eine Verbindung mit einem  lebensbedrohlichen Ereignis?    Nein      

War die Erfahrung schwierig in Worten auszudrücken?    Ja     Wie soll man so eine Liebe beschreibe? Es gibt keine Worte dafür

Zu welcher Zeit während Ihrer Erfahrung waren Sie im höchsten Zustand von Wachheit und Bewusstheit?    Mehr Bewusstheit und Wachheit als normal     In dem Licht    Es war so deutlich und klar. Der Schleier war weg

Bitte vergleichen Sie Ihre Sicht während der Erfahrung mit Ihrer normalen Alltagssicht direkt vor der Zeit Ihrer Erfahrung    Ich war in einem 'Seins' Zustand. Konnte aber denken, so wie an meine Hand die sich immer weiter ausdehnte. Der Gedanke war nur angedacht da fühlte ich schon diesen Bereich.

Ich hatte schon lange das Gefühl,dass wie Menschen mehr sind, als wir glauben. Ein Wissen, tief in mir. Aber mein Verstand hat mich immer wieder eingeholt.

Ich selber war auch Licht

Begegneten Sie einem mystischen Wesen oder einer mystischen Präsenz oder hörten Sie eine unbekannte Stimme?      Ich begegnete einem Wesen, oder einer Stimme deutlich mystischen und unirdischen Ursprungs    Ich habe 2 Erfahrungen gemacht. In der 2. Lichterfahrung löste sich ein Lichtwesen zum Teil aus dem Licht. In diesem Moment strömte eine unfassbare Liebe zu dem Wesen und im gleichen Moment wieder zu mir zurück. So stark, dass es kaum auszuhalten war. Ich sah danach Menschen. Verschiedene, mir unbekannte. In diesem Moment habe ich jeden Menschen unfassbar geliebt. So stark, das es mich gedanklich auf die Knie zwang. Es hätte meine Mörder vor mir stehen können, ich hätte ich absolut geliebt. Ich hatte nur Liebe in mir

Die Liebe zu den Menschen ist zum Teil geblieben. Ich verzeihe sehr schnell, bin nicht mehr nachtragend. Bin dankbar und demütig. Bin sehr Glücklich und das Glück kommt aus mir. Ich binauch dankbar hier auf Erden sein zu dürfen und unendlich glücklich, diese Erfahrungen machen zu dürfen.

Natürlich habe ich mich immer wieder gefragt, ob es nicht ein Traum oder Einbildung war. Aber ich war nie wacher und klarer, wie in diesen Momenten

Ich habe es aber erst mal von mir weggeschoben. Ich konnte nicht damit umgehen. Das es real war, war mir sofort bewusst aber ich konnte es begreifen
