Experience description:   

During a meditation retreat I was extremely relaxed and focused. The innermost chamber of the heart flew open and the illusory mind or identity of 'Damien' was absorbed back into the Light that was inside there. It was an awesome force more powerful than you can imagine with the mind. There is a portal inside that innermost chamber, a portal to the soul plane. I became that individual soul, free from the identity of this lifetime.

Since then I have been going on longer and longer meditation retreats with a partner, and have discovered that it is easy and natural to return to the Light consciously. You just lie down with your spouse chest and tummies touching, and stay there as long as is comfortable each day. You just keep crying till all density is gone. Only Light remains, the innermost chamber unclenches and you can return Home via this portal.

Was the kind of experience difficult to express in words? No

At the time of this experience, was there an associated life threatening event? No

What was your level of consciousness and alertness during the experience? 100%

Was the experience dream like in any way? No. I realized that the whole universe was a dream; only the Light is eternal.

Did you experience a separation of your consciousness from your body? Yes solid white light

What emotions did you feel during the experience? none, just going Home. Relief beyond description

Did you hear any unusual sounds or noises? no

LOCATION DESCRIPTION: Did you recognize any familiar locations or any locations from familiar religious teachings or encounter any locations inhabited by incredible or amazing creatures? Yes heaven and hell is a mind-created binary. There is only the Light. Suffering is temporary, still part of the dream, and caused by past actions.

Did you see a light? Yes Infinite, eternal, an infinite ocean of Light. I am the Light, we all are. The mind is a dream.

Did you meet or see any other beings? Yes Everybody was on the soul plane... but in the Light there is no separation.

Did you experiment while out of the body or in another, altered state? No

Did you observe or hear anything regarding people or events during your experience that could be verified later? No

Did you notice how your 5 senses were working, and if so, how were they different? No

Did you have any sense of altered space or time? Yes there was no time. Time is only in the mind

Did you have a sense of knowing, special knowledge, universal order and/or purpose? Yes I knew all that had ever been, all that would ever be.

Did you reach a boundary or limiting physical structure? No

Did you become aware of future events? Yes no specifics... but in the Light I just knew everything.

Were you involved in or aware of a decision regarding your return to the body? Yes I did not want to return, but my journey was not yet complete. I had to learn to let Love in more.

Did you have any psychic, paranormal or other special gifts following the experience that you did not have prior to the experience? No

Did you have any changes of attitudes or beliefs following the experience? Yes it is ok to need Love. This is natural. Honor the body's basic needs.

How has the experience affected your relationships? Daily life? Religious practices? Career choices? More disagreement with family, wanting them to leave addictions. More relaxed career. More retreats. Cautious about organised religion as it is a product of overpopulation.

Has your life changed specifically as a result of your experience? Yes Determined to return to Light and stay there.

Have you shared this experience with others? Yes Almost nobody is interested. Very sad about this.

What emotions did you experience following your experience? elation, confusion as to how to manifest this knowledge in the world.

What was the best and worst part of your experience? worst part was when the heart opened, couldn't breathe for a bit. Best part was the Light.

Is there anything else you would like to add concerning the experience? It is meant to be so easy to do this. Just go on retreat with your spouse, lie together and stay there. Two years should do the trick.

Did the questions asked and information you provided accurately and comprehensively describe your experience? Yes This is a great questionnaire. You must have worked long at it.

Please offer any suggestions you may have to improve this questionnaire. I think that if you can understand there are three levels that may help you. 1. the human plane, all a dream. 2. the soul plane, still a dream. We take rebirth again and again from this plane. On the soul plane a person can experience separate entities who they knew, or otherwise. 3. The Light. This is the only thing that is real. We are all the Light dreaming this universe. That might help you organize the responses you receive. If separate entities are involved, that is the soul plane. Negative experiences are also part of that plane, and still part of the dream. If there is only one, awesome, indescribable Light, then the person went all the way.
