Experience description:

The anesthesiologist told me to count back from 100.  I got to 98 & all of sudden was over the doctor's shoulder looking at the back of some sort of steel light she had pointed toward us.  In blink of eye, I was up near ceiling.  In another blink, I'm in a place that's all blue like the color of a cloudless sky, beautiful and bright.  I looked all around me and saw nothing, no feet.  "That's weird," I thought. I looked all around myself and didn't see my body.   I thought, "I wish I had a mirror so I could see my face."  There is no sense of up or down or sideways. Another blink and it's all dark around me.  Far, far ahead of me I see a pinpoint of blue and as soon as I see it I'm there.  This time it's different.  There are people lined up on either side of me.  Some I don't know, some I do.  My 2 uncles and grandma I know to been dead since I was lots younger.  In my mind I hear them to be "kinfolk", so I know they are family. I look at them to see any familiar, a few are.  Next blink I'm standing in front of a pair of feet sticking out from under white cloth.  I can't say robe or skirt or dress because when I looked up it got so bright it was like trying to look into the sun, so the feet were sticking from under a white piece of clothing. I was taken and shown amazing things. I kept thinking every time I was shown something "this is amazing, why haven't we thought of this before?" then I was shown sea water and something and it came into my head that this was unlimited & unpolluted power and why hadn't someone thought of this sooner.  I couldn't believe it because it was so easy.  Then the thought came into my head, "I'm going to be rich" because I will use this to be the "inventor" of a new technology and make money.  As soon as I had that thought, I felt the "Entity" looked at me with great pity and in the blink of an eye I opened my eyes to see my husband with his head bowed over my arm, holding my hand praying. He jumped up and hollered for the nurse and she came in and told me I had given them a little worry for taking so long to wake up.  Needless to say I don't remember the "Amazing" things I saw. I think I haven't learned all I'm supposed to yet, but I sure learned it has NOTHING to do with being RICH!

Was the kind of experience difficult to express in words? Yes     people laugh. when I had surgery again I told dr.& anesthesiologist about 1979 they laughed and cut me off mid story. told me I was just sensitive to anesthesia. family heard it so much, roll eyes, especially daughter who was born that day in1979.  WE both had "episodes" that day, only I was old enough to remember.

At the time of this experience, was there an associated life threatening event?          Uncertain            was only told I took too long to come around and husband was aware they were concerned about it.  baby took about 4 minutes to get breathing and she had defecated in her amniotic fluid and they had to get that out of her. she's my miracle baby, even though she rolls her eyes when she hears me say that.

            Yes     it wasn't like "hearing" it was like their thoughts were instantly in mine

Did you meet or see any other beings?           Yes     "kinfolk" were lined up on either side as I came out of dark into light. a "BEING" whose feet were all I could see and when I looked up and up and up He got brighter and it was like trying to look into the sun and I couldn't see His face it was so bright.

Did you have a sense of knowing special knowledge, universal order and/or purpose?     Yes     as soon as I thought "I'm gonna be rich because I know this" it was taken from me
