Up until now I've only had three lucid dreams, very real, in a heightened state of consciousness, but I've always thought they were only dreams and nothing more.

Erano le 7 di mattina del 4 Novembre 2011, e stavo dormendo; all'improvviso mi sono visto scendere dall'alto in direzione della mia testa, e riuscivo a vedere la porta davanti a me aperta.

Subito dopo mi sono svegliato, ma ero a pancia in gi� ed era impossibile che io potessi vedere la porta. 

Fino ad ora ho solo avuto tre sogni lucidi, molto reali, con uno stato di coscienza molto alto, ma ho sempre pensato che erano sogni e niente pi�.

Experience was probably real because I was prone [lying on my stomach], and could not have seen the door opened.

Were there one or several parts of the experience especially meaningful or significant to you?     � successo molto velocemente, e la sensazione era quella di ritorno, ma non so da dove. 

It happened very quickly, and the sensation was one of returning from somewhere, but I don't know from where.

How do you currently view the reality of your experience:        Experience was probably real         Penso che sia stata vera perch� � da un po di anni che ho sogni lucidi, con coscienza alterata.  

I think it was real because for several years now I've had lucid dreams, with altered consciousness.

Is there anything else you would like to add concerning the experience?       Molti mesi prima, avevo visto durante il sonno, come il ritorno da un tunnel con in fondo una luce, tutto questo ad una velocit� assurda, poi mi sono svegliato.  

Many months earlier, I had seen while asleep something like a return from a tunnel with a light at the end, all of this at an absurd velocity, then I woke up.
