I did not know where I was and I had fear of this tunnel because it was dark and because it was dark I thought it could be bad or evil. I also felt that if I entered it, that I might not be able to get back to where I was. The next part was reentering my body which always was with much speed and force which made me very hot feeling. The reentering produced a lot of heat. 

I am not sure how many out of body experiences I had, a close estimate -  I would say between 6 to 10. One time I did see my body but most times I did not. One time I was able to travel into the future of my own life. I always saw the tunnel but the two times that I did not see it was the times I say my body and the time travel.  

During one of my out of body experiences, I made a conscious decision that I would enter the tunnel to see what would happen. I entered it and right away I felt pulled in with great force. I panicked and pulled back to get out the tunnel. It took all I could to pull out of the tunnel and when I got out I was slammed back into to my body with great force. With sweat running out my body and the heat.  

Because I did not know what this was, I prayed to God for whatever this was to stop. After that night it never happened again. 

I never told anyone because I could not express in words what was going on. and at that age I did not know about OBE or NDE. It was real to me, not like a dream because I was able to make decisions like normal and my conscious was there. 

When I was in high school, I befriended a monk and I decided to tell him my story. He know right away it was a out of body experience that I had. He told me about the tunnel and the small light I could see at the end. I told him I always had fear of the tunnel but he said it was ok and safe to be in and even if I traveled to the other end that I could get back to my body if I wanted. 

I did not know about NDE and he did not call it that. But when I was in college that's when I heard about NDE and started reading about them. Man if was like so real, I could relate. I did not have an NDE at all but the OBE was so similar to a degree, I could really relate.

Was the kind of experience difficult to express in words? Uncertain      I was young and did understand what was going on...

Did you pass into or through a tunnel or enclosure?          No       I saw the tunnel. Only one time did I try to enter it, but pulled myself back out.

Did you see a light?           Yes     a small pin hole of a light.

Did you have any psychic, paranormal or other special gifts following the experience you did not have prior to the experience?     Yes     well in 1969 I saw the Spirit of my brother who died a few months before.
