In that instant, somehow I sensed I knew what she was thinking and that she knew what I was thinking. and then I felt my heart was bubbling, not beating, and then I had this feeling of bliss overwhelming me, so intense that I could actually feel it occupied me completely and overflowing me and out pouring. I started to walk towards the lady, who is about 10 feet away. 

At that moment ,I noticed the images in front of me started to move and there was a momentarily blackout lasting perhaps a second. when I was finally able to see again, I found myself in another place. I was no longer in the office. 

I was in an enormously open space .I wasn't scared. I was feeling peaceful and I ask myself " where am I ?" I started to look around me but I could not see anything, no building, no people, nothing except me and the misty surrounding. 

I sensed something was amiss , I looked at myself and was amazed to see my body  transformed into a transparent light form with no flesh, no bone, nothing in between. in that instant, I heard a voice telling me that it is not the time yet and at the same time I felt a force is acting on me. 

There was again a momentarily blackout, and when I came around, I was back to my office and was still walking towards the lady, now maybe 2 or 3 feet away from her, and I could still feel the bliss sensation though somewhat of a lesser degree now.

Any associated medications or substances with the potential to affect the experience?     No      

Was the kind of experience difficult to express in words? Yes     the voice I heard is in different mode from that I heard in this world. the light I seen is also different as it is not electrical or sunlight. the out of body experience happened immediately after a feeling of bliss triggered by a bubbling sensation at heart.

At the time of this experience, was there an associated life threatening event?          No      

What was your level of consciousness and alertness during the experience?           normal if not at a alert level.

            Was the experience dream like in any way?   negative. it is very real.

Did you experience a separation of your consciousness from your body?     Yes     I saw my body in transparent light form.

What emotions did you feel during the experience?            bliss, peaceful and reluctant to be back into this world again so fast.

Did you hear any unusual sounds or noises?           see # 4 above

LOCATION DESCRIPTION:  Did you recognize any familiar locations or any locations from familiar religious teachings or encounter any locations inhabited by incredible or amazing creatures?    No           

Did you see a light?           Yes     the light is there all the time.

Did you notice how your 5 senses were working, and if so, how were they different?          Yes     my eyesight seems normal ,I was wearing glass with a shortsighted degree of 800. yes, the way the sound I heard is so much different in our world. it is difficult to describe. I felt my light form body light and it certainly made you feel different.

Did you have any sense of altered space or time?   Yes     I was in office seconds before and then I was in a strange place, enormously large with no ends insight and nothing except myself.

Did you have a sense of knowing, special knowledge, universal order and/or purpose?    Yes     the experience reinforced my believe in life after death.

Were you involved in or aware of a decision regarding your return to the body?       Yes     I was reluctant to come back to this world so fast as I was only beginning to explore this new place.

Did you have any changes of attitudes or beliefs following the experience?   Yes     I was convinced now there is life after death.

How has the experience affected your relationships? Daily life? Religious practices? Career choices?       not that much, things are still going at normal pace.

Has your life changed specifically as a result of your experience?         Yes     I am  convinced of life after death.

Have you shared this experience with others?         Yes     my wife and children but I think they are skeptical and so are my friends and relatives. of course, they don't influence me.

What emotions did you experience following your experience?  I wanted to experience more or find out more about such spiritual thing

What was the best and worst part of your experience?      to be able to see a different form of myself, or the spiritual side.
