Experience description:
I WENT TO THE HOSPITAL
ON AUGUST 7TH,1983 WITH HEAD PAINS.-I HAD A SURGERY BUT THE MEDICAL REPORT SAYS
ONLY ABOUT 15 PERCENT COULD BE REMOVED SINCE TUMORS IMBED INTO AND AROUND BRAIN
TISSUE. MY SECOND "ATTEMPTED" SURGERY WAS ON SEPTEMBER7TH,1983-THE FILM SHOWS
THE DOCTORS OPEN MY HEAD AND THE ENTIRE TUMOR WAS NOT IMBEDDED OR ATTACHED AND
COMPLETELY FELL OUT OF MY HEAD!-I WAS 0N THE OPERATING TABLE AND FLOATED UPWARDS
INTO SPACE-I VISITED AND SPOKE WITH PEOPLE BOTH HELL AND HEAVEN- WHEN I WAS BACK
IN THE HOSPITAL DOCTORS AND NURSES EYE-WITNESSED MY CATHETER GET PULLED OUT
TWICE BY EVIL FORCES WHILE MY ARMS AND LEGS WERE STRAPPED DOWN IN CASE OF
CONVULSIONS-ON ONE DAY MY C.T. SCAN SHOWED THE TUBE THAT RAN FROM INSIDE MY
BRAIN, DOWN MY THROAT AND LUNGS TO MY KIDNEYS AND THE NEXT DAY ANOTHER SCAN
SHOWED THAT THE TUBE HAD COMPLETELY VANISHED. (1ST,2ND,AND 3RD SHIFT DOCTORS SAW
THE SCANS SO THIS CAN NOT BE DENIED!) I WAS TAKEN OFF ALL MEDICINES AND WAS
FULLY DISCHARGED ON OCTOBER 1ST, 1983.
Any associated
medications or substances with the potential to affect the experience?
Uncertain I WAS FULLY CONSCIOUS, BUT I CAN'T HONESTLY SAY FOR
POSITIVE IF MEDICINES AFFECTED THE TRIPS TO HELL AND HEAVEN.
AND MY TRIP HAS
STRENGTHENED EACH ONE.

experience difficult to express in words?

COULD CLEARLY EXPLAIN TO PEOPLE BUT SOME SEEMED TO DEFY LOGIC (KIND OF SIMILAR
TO HOW IT WOULD BE IF A PERSON IN THE 1400'S TIME TRAVELED TO DOWN-TOWN NEW WORK
CITY IN 2009, STAYED A WHILE, THEN WENT BACK AND HAD TO EXPLAIN IT.
At the time of this
experience, was there an associated life threatening event?
Yes I HAD A BRAIN
TUMOR THAT WAS THE SIZE OF A GRAPE-FRUIT AND I WEIGHED 53 POUNDS.

of consciousness and alertness during the experience?
FULLY AWAKE.
Was
the experience dream like in any way?
NO.
Did you experience
a separation of your consciousness from your body?
Yes AS I LOOKED
DOWN AT THE DOCTORS THEY WERE TALKING BUT I COULDN'T HEAR THEM.
What emotions did
you feel during the experience?
AT FIST SADNESS THEN A
LOT OF HAPPINESS.
Did you hear any
unusual sounds or noises?
ANIMALS TALKING IN
HEAVEN AND OTHER THINGS.

DESCRIPTION:
Did you recognize any familiar locations or any locations from familiar
religious teachings or encounter any locations inhabited by incredible or
amazing creatures?

FEW THINGS LIKE HEAVENS GATE WAS SIMILAR BUT WHEN YOU OPENED THE GATE THERE WAS
NO GROUND AND HEAVEN FLOATED AND HELL WAS WELL BELOW IT.-AT THE DOCK WHERE
PEOPLE WERE BEING CAGED FOR HELL(?) THE PEOPLE IN THEM GROWLED.

light?

UNTIL I WAS ALLOWED TO ASK GOD THINGS BUT I NEVER SAW HIM, IT WAS REALLY BRIGHT.
Did you meet or see
any other beings?
Yes IN HELL I SAW
PEOPLE BEING CAGED LIKE CATTLE AND IN HEAVEN I SAW AND TALKED WITH PEOPLE FROM
ALL OVER THE WORLD AND WITH GOD-I CAN'T TALK ABOUT WHAT WAS SAID.

while out of the body or in another, altered state?

VISIT ANYBODY, AND HONESTLY I NEVER EVEN THOUGHT ABOUT IT.

Yes I KNOW MY TRIP
TO HELL AND HEAVEN HAD TO HAVE LASTED AT LEAST A WEEK, BUT WHEN I WHEELED BACK
TO MY ROOM THEY SAID IT WAS ABOUT 8 HOURS LATER?

Yes I DEFINITELY DO
AND I WOULD IF I COULD BUT I CAN'T UNLESS TOLD TO.

boundary or limiting physical structure?
Yes 1ST WAS HEAVENS
GATE,2ND WAS THE WIDE SPACE TO HEAVENS OUTER AREA; AND 3RD WAS THE OCEAN YOU HAD
TO CROSS WITH EVERY SEA ANIMAL, BOTH TODAY AND IN DINOSAUR TIMES THAT SWAM IN IT
BEFORE YOU GET TO PEOPLE.
