Experience description:

Back in 1990's I desperately wanted my friend (Edward) to go with my family to our home town in Leyte.  The night before our travel, I had a dream that I walked to my friend's side of the house and inside his room (cannot recall if I opened the door).  I then saw him sleeping and vigorously shook his legs and told him to wake up since we are about to leave (I though he was going with us).  Then he woke up and said "Didn't I tell you I wasn't going".  Then I looked at him and realized that he did.  Then I woke up.  I felt very drained and tired that I can hardly get up.  I was so weak that I had a difficult time taking a shower.  Then my family and I went to Leyte for 2 months of vacation.  When I came back, my brother told me that my friend (Edward) had a scary experience with me as a ghost.  I confirmed the story with my Edward, even confirming that I was shaking his leg and everything that happened.  He said that after he told me that he wasn't coming,  I just disappeared and I scared the hell out of him.   

It was the only episode that I had and hope I don't have another one cause the feeling of being drained was not good.

What was your level of consciousness and alertness during the experience?           It was during sleep

            Was the experience dream like in any way?   yes

Did you experience a separation of your consciousness from your body?     Uncertain      I really thought it was my physical body waking up my friend.

What emotions did you feel during the experience?            Scared

Did you hear any unusual sounds or noises?           no

 LOCATION DESCRIPTION:  Did you recognize any familiar locations or any locations from familiar religious teachings or encounter any locations inhabited by incredible or amazing creatures?    No           

Did you see a light?           No      

Did you meet or see any other beings?         Just my friend.

Did you experiment while out of the body or in another, altered state? No      

Did you observe or hear anything regarding people or events during your experience that could be verified later?          Yes     My brother told me my friend (Edward) saw me as a ghost.  I verified with him the experience and we both had the same recollection.

Did you notice how your 5 senses were working, and if so, how were they different?          Yes     It actually felt like all my senses were intact

Did you have any sense of altered space or time?   No      

Did you reach a boundary or limiting physical structure?             No      

Did you become aware of future events?       No

Has your life changed specifically as a result of your experience?         No      

Have you shared this experience with others?         Yes     Just with my friend.  We were like "WOW".

What emotions did you experience following your experience?  Scared and can't believe what happened

What was the best and worst part of your experience?      Worst part was when I woke up feeling weak and drained
