I usually know 3 to 4 hours before I will have a forced OBE. I feel an energy around me almost a weight on my body, yet I feel almost an electrical current. When the OBE is about to happen I get extremely exhausted no matter the time of day or night. I hear electricity moving around me. The sound of it is like a loud moving hum. When I give in to the force, I can move any part of my body. I almost feel I am not even breathing and then I feel the weight of my body leaving. I then see my surroundings, the room is not different then before the OBE but only the way I see it is.
I never realize
at that point I am out of body, I just think how odd it is to be able to see my
room clearly with my eyes closed. It is only when I see myself on the bed or
couch that I realize that I am Out of body. The last forced OBE I had was this
way, except this time there were 2 others with me (normally only 1) . I did not
know them but they seemed to have known me. They were pulling me and telling me
that it was ok and that I should want to do this. I went along at first only
slightly fighting their pulling, but when I realized that they were trying to
keep me from my body I fought back very hard trying to reach myself, thinking if
only I could move my eyes or toes or even if someone (like my husband) would
move me a little I could break their grip on me. This time they relented and let
me go back to my body. These types of OBE are very straining on me physically,
emotionally and spiritually. I am very drained for weeks sometimes.

Did the questions asked and information you provided accurately and comprehensively describe your experience? Uncertain
most of the questions are geared my towards ESP or psychics. When me or someone in my family have an OBE it is not a psychic event, it is more of a normal everyday thing. nothing triggers the act we do not gain any world knowledge. The forced OBEs are a little different but again there is no special knowledge I don't already know at this part of my life.
