Experience description:

I woke up naturally that morning and laid in bed a while, just thinking about getting up for the day.  It was a weekend and I had nothing I had to do, so I was just resting.

I finally decided to get up, and as I lift my hands to move to get up, I noticed that I could not see my hands and arms.  They were invisible.  "Hum," I thought, excited and trying to stay calm and clear headed, "I'm having an out of body experience."  I turned my arms over and was able to 'feel' them perfectly as I normally would.  I put my hands together, and was surprised that I could feel my hands and arms like they were real and solid, like always.  (I expected to 'pass through' myself, I guess.)  I looked down and saw my physical arms and touched them.  It was weird, like having 4 arms, I could feel both my invisible hands moving on my physical arms, and my physical arms felt the hands stroking them.

I glanced over to my bed side table and reached out, expecting to 'pass through' it, and again, was surprised to find it solid.  I touched the pot of my plant and rotated it so it faced away from me, so I could prove to myself later on that this was really as real as I thought it was.

Still, my 'spirit' arms remained completely invisible to me.  I thought, "OK, let's get up and really check this out."  I raised my legs, and they were both invisible too.  I tried to lift my head, but it wouldn't come up.  So I reached up with my spirit hands and tried to pull my head up 'sit up' style, and had a HUGE pain shoot up my neck and into my head.

It hurt so bad I decided to give up the adventure and try to get back into my body completely.  I tried to get my arms inside my physical arms, but they laid on top, not going in.  I had to think about it to make my invisible arms 'phase' and go inside.  I lifted my arms, but the invisible arms came out again.  I put them in again and wiggled them around, and this time when I raised my arms, my physical arms came up, too.

I sat up, still in great pain in my neck and head.  I looked at the table.  The plant was indeed turned around, my 'proof' to myself that what I experienced was real.  The headache was like a pulled neck muscle and lasted most of the day.
