Experience description:

I basically shut my eyes and starred into the darkness. My room mate "Smith" watched over me and all he remembers is I fell asleep and started to snore and I woke up in 15 seconds.

I woke up after i entered my body. Wh8ile I was out of my body I went from Saudi Arabia all the way to the United States and witness my girl friend doing certain things and her friends.  I woke up and wrote all these things down on a piece of paper. When I got back to the State in Florida, I approached her one day and had her open the envelope and read it. She was completely shocked and tried to commit suicide.  I called an ambulance and they arrived and she was transported to the Tampa, Florida, Behavioral Center.  When she was released we talked and she said all the things I had wrote down that she did she actually was doing. She asked and her brothers asked how in the world could've I known what she did and I told them I was there hovering watching her. I knew her friend Shannon got up from the table and went into the  bathroom and knew where she was sitting.  They were amazed and looked up to me as if I was a God or something of God very special Angels. I have always been fascinated with OBE. The last event in Fitzgerald I actually hovered over my body and looked at my wife and she was sleeping and I was calm. When I tried to get back into my body there was a resistance and that is when I realized that staying out of the body to long makes it harder to get back in right away. It's a slow process and as you wake up you are able to speak and move again.  You can control the seconds you are out of the body by will power, but it doesn't last long for some reason or another. I guess because it's dangerous for the body.  What I did was an absolute miracle and I talk about it from time to time with people and I wanted to share my story. I also witnessed a spirit that appeared to me in 2003 in a fog form in my bedroom and that remains a mystery today. I wrote about it on line with Castles and Ghosts. As for the OBE and what I seen my girl friend Laura do was very wild and I will not go into details about that, but after learning all about OBE, what I find interesting is that it's very possible that Einstein had an OBE. You can leave your body and witness an event that takes at least 20 minuets to perform, but your seeing it all in less than 15 seconds.

When you awaken, your alert, but it's very difficult to go back to sleep because once you close your eyes and see the darkness you subject to have another OBE. It's very uncontrollable at that point. You have to stay awake for several hours and then finally able to go to sleep. This reason is because the only way that I know how to have an OBE is when you close your eyes, rest and sleep starring into the darkness, concentration on one specific area that you see and as you become so rested you actually feel your body pull away and when this happens you visualize what you want to see or go where you want to go. I have been to Zaire and traveled around the world through OBEs. I do not want to experience it again because it's not good doing something you know nothing about. It could become dangerous to me or leave me in a Coma so I prefer to not induce OBE. My story is a fact and Laura did attempt suicide and it's all documented in Tampa. She had told the counselors why she attempted suicide. She basically freaked out because nobody should know what she did except her and Tony. I seen it tall. Her brothers called me a Saint.

Any associated medications or substances with the potential to affect the experience?     No

Was the kind of experience difficult to express in words? No

At the time of this experience, was there an associated life threatening event?          No

What was your level of consciousness and alertness during the experience?           Your unconscious and actually sleeping.

Was the experience dream like in any way?   A dream is different than an OBE. You can dream and wake up instantly and OBE you can not.

Did you experience a separation of your consciousness from your body?     Yes     You can think and see and speak out, but nobody hears you. I hollered to my wife and she never heard a sound. I saw her with her hand over my stomach sleeping and when I got back in my  body I woke her up to tell her about it.

What emotions did you feel during the experience?            I think the ability to go anywhere you want to is to concentrate to where you want to go, but sometimes you may not get to pick the area, but you can connect. I think as long as your brain is alive is the only reason an OBE can occur. After you die, it becomes impossible.  OBE is a very, true gift and I am very proud to have experienced it.

Did you hear any unusual sounds or noises?           vaguely, When I think back the only sounds are the ones you make, but nobody hears you.

LOCATION DESCRIPTION:  Did you recognize any familiar locations or any locations from familiar religious teachings or encounter any locations inhabited by incredible or amazing creatures?    No

Did you see a light?           No

Did you meet or see any other beings?           No

Did you experiment while out of the body or in another, altered state? Yes

It was written above. I visited my girl friend and witnessed her making love to Tony in the Van he drove. I wrote it all down on paper. When I got back and she read it, she attempted suicide by trying to cut her wrists with broken glass. She basically freaked out because nobody but her and Tony knew what they did except me.

Did you observe or hear anything regarding people or events during your experience that could be verified later?          Yes     Laura and Shannon verified what I had seen was true.

Did you reach a boundary or limiting physical structure?             Uncertain

Did you become aware of future events?       No

Were you involved in or aware of a decision regarding your return to the body?       Yes     Your alert and you just basically want to wake up and when you do it's like waking up after sleeping for a year your body moves very sluggish at first until your fully awake.

Did you have any psychic, paranormal or other special gifts following the experience that you did not have prior to the experience?         Yes     I was in the Plane that crashed in San Diego. The PSA Flight that crashed in 1978. I was there and the people were screaming. I woke up from a sleep drenched in sweat literally soaked. My bed sheets were wet. I got up and turn the television on and watched it on the news. I do believe that what I thought was a dream was an OBE not induced. It was my first of many to come. The people were screaming and I woke up crying. It was so sad. I left the plane just before impact.

Did you have any changes of attitudes or beliefs following the experience?   Yes     I am very lucky to have experienced what I have seen, but talking about it now is only because I feel that it has to be told and somebody has to make sense of it all as to why we are able to do these things

How has the experience affected your relationships? Daily life? Religious practices? Career choices?       My wife and I divorced. She calls me crazy because she doesn't understand...it scares her.

Has your life changed specifically as a result of your experience?         Yes     I attend Church every Sunday with my Fianc and I am a firm believer in God and understand his spirit more now than ever. He actually visited me back in 2003 as I stated above. That story is on line if your interested in reading it.

Have you shared this experience with others?         Yes     They are wild about it. They say I am an Angel of God talented with a very special gift, but what does it all mean.

What emotions did you experience following your experience?  I was happy, but never bragged about it. I was very excited, but at the same time after Laura almost died telling her what I had experienced, I felt that some people will not handle it very well...it can become dangerous.

What was the best and worst part of your experience?      The ability to just do it was good enough.

Is there anything else you would like to add concerning the experience?        Laura survived her attempted suicide. I blamed myself for that because I didn't think she would react the way she did when she read what I had wrote down 3,000 miles away and witnessed. She literally started shaking. Some people don't handle it very well when your privacy has been invaded from someone having an OBE. That's how I look at it. The ability to see women naked in a show...yes it's possible. Like I said, this is something that should not be played with if you know nothing about it because there was a delay for me getting back into my body that shook me up. I felt like I would be in a coma for the rest of my life and if the brain dies then I die. If that makes any sense.

Following the experience, have you had any other events in your life, medications or substances which reproduced any part of the experience?         No

Did the questions asked and information you provided accurately and comprehensively describe your experience?               No response

Please offer any suggestions you may have to improve this questionnaire.    People who have had OBE can talk to me because it takes one to know one.
